Works just like my Makita track for much less money. I used to worry about bringing my makita tracks to the job site cause they are a little expensive but this pair of tracks was cheap enough to actually use all the time. The connectors work well (I’m still not sure how much I trust them for really fine stuff but I felt the same about the makita connectors). The only small flaw I’ve noticed is that the rubber guide strip came unstuck a couple times when I first got them but those are replaceable and for the value these still get 5 stars ... show more

I had a long edge to trim for a deck project, and my original Festool rail had seen better days. These two rails cost less than one replacement OEM rail would cost. Manufacturing quality is pretty good, not as good as Festool, but it still works fine. The adhesive used for the slick parts of the top peeled up a bit, but again, still did not affect the cut. The zero clearance edge sticks out pretty far, but is trimmed off after the first cut. It comes with two bars to join the tracks together, those work fine. Only negative was a slight bend on one end, probably due to shipping. Update: I have used these rails on and off for about 2 years and I have been really happy with them. I bought one of the storage bags for the rails which helps immensely to keep them from getting damaged and I store the two Powertec and the original festool rail together. I'm not a pro, but I do enough work around the house where this saw and these rails make the difference. A recent boat restoration project was helped along by using the rails to cut new pieces of plywood in all sorts of shapes and sizes. The zero clearance strip is still a bit loose but it hasnt fallen off and doesnt seem to affect the cut quality at all. ... show more

I recently received a new Milwaukee track saw kit that came with a 55" track. I'm working on a slab table and needed a double track (110") setup to cut the long edges of the slab. Purchased the PowerTec kit and did the calibration procedure including the pre-cutting of the adhesive strip. The cuts were absolutely perfect. Very Happy. If you're thinking about mating a single 55" Powertec track with a Milwaukee track (or possibly others (Makita,Dewalt,Festool)) - I tried that to see how they would work together and it didn't go well. The saw was either too tight or too loose depending on which track I calibrated to. That's OK for me as I bought the 110" kit with the plan of keeping the 2 tracks mated and stored for long cuts. ... show more

Bought these to use with a Wen saw and they're fine. They lay still with no clamps, regardless of material. TSO rail squares and parallel guides fit and work fine. My only gripe is that one of the glide strips was falling off right out of the box. Had to contact cement it back on, but otherwise they work great. ... show more

Worked perfectly with my Milwaukee track saw. I don’t trust the rubber anti slid strips on the bottom. Wood is to expensive for an error, so I always use track clamps.

I install stairs and rail in Utah. I got a job in Jacksonville Beach Florida and needed to check boxes of my tools on a plane. So I was bringing my track saw as that's how I was going to be doing a lot of my cutting. I didn't want to try and carry a track around or whatever I would need to do to get them on a plane. So I just bought these Powertec tracks and had them mailed directly to the house. They were great! They laid very flat. My Makita tracks tend to be a little cupped which can make it rock a little bit and I don't care for that. But these laid very flat and my saw fit on them perfectly.
