I wish this was $10 cheaper, but whatever. Dead simple to use: remove from packaging, press bind button and insert into USB port, select bind on your Tx, done. Seriously, it's that simple. No more USB cable (not that it was a big deal, but one less thing to fiddle with). The one caveat with this is that you will now be using your Tx in radio-on mode, meaning you will use (more) battery while simming (compared to power and connection when using direct USB). So consider that, you can sim all day using direct-connect USB, or have the freedom of no wires but will be using Tx power. I used this with Heli-X and it worked fine. ... show more

Received, plugged into USB3, does not turn on. Plugged into USB2 , same Returned. Received a second one-same. After further research I found out a very important detail. You have to press and hold the bind-button down as you are inserting the device into the USB port of the computer. You will then see the orange light emitted. It works fine but it’s expensive and you should be able to connect your transmitter to your computer with a simple USB cable.

I plugged it into my Chromebook and it works fine. Note that not all software recognizes it, but since some sims and games do, that's a software issue, not the hardware. The Q&A from 2020 says it doesn't work, which may have been true then, but it works now!
