We got this item for our son and charged it and the first time trying to ride it, it would not run. It read an error message. After hours we were finally able to get it running without the error message and although it was fun to ride and got up to 20 mph it had a flat tire right away. We only took it on surface streets. We attempted to inflate and come to find the tire had a small leak. Next to impossible to change. We are very disappointed and won't be purchasing another one.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 6’3, 220lbs so basically at the limit of what this scooter is rated for. Unpack, Put in 4 screws to stabilize the vertical bar and you’re good to go. 1- Super easy to ride, light to carry around, gets to max speed of 20mph or 32kph nicely, I don’t feel it struggling, my garage incline is about 10-15% and climbs it easily with me on it, really like the cruise control function, I found myself using it a lot more than I thought. 2- The handlebar sits a little higher then others and the bar itself is a little thicker than scooters I’ve tried in the past, felt a little more comfortable, not by much, but in the longer rides made a diff for me. 4- the app is a nice touch and love that you can set a map area boundary on it, lock it and unlock it. since it’s BT, if it’s taken or you’re far, can’t use its but still nice to have. 5- Tube based tires make it a little more comfortable to ride in the Houston, TX region where roads are poured concrete instead of asphalt, so not the smoothest even on the newest road, but still drives nice. with my height and weight, I am very pleased how it performed, accelerated well and smooth and brakes are really good too. No issue at all. Battery: I rode 5.8 miles, mostly at full speed and the battery went from 100% to 57%, so I’m calculating a aprox range of about 12miles with my weight and max speed but should be more if you’re lighter and go slower. Overall really really impressed and recommended for anyone looking for a scooter, I’m really enjoying it.

I chose to purchase this escooter because of its design and minimal branding. I received my escooter yesterday and while I was removing it out of its box to assemble, I started to notice certain blemishes in regards to it's paint and finishes that made me wonder if the product I received was used prior to it being delivered to me. It also has a few scratches and a ding or two. I'm a bit disappointed because I waited for this for a while and wasn't expecting it to arrive in this condition. Aside from the asthetics, it's easy to operate and the ride is smooth.

The scooter itself is pretty alright for the price, doesn't feel too heavy or too light , runs well enough , feels like it could withstand a few drops , rides smooth as well as fast, and the indicators on it are clear. The app however should have been worked on more , it tends to have a lot of issues ,and I'm pretty sure support for it dwindled away.

We just received this scooter today (January 26, 2023). After only two hours of intermittent riding, the scooter stopped working and is displaying an E3 error code. It will not work properly no matter what we do. We are returning this item right away. Do NOT waste your time buying this thing. Something this expense should not fail to work on the first day.

Awesome electric scooter for the price! My family and I have really enjoyed using it for many things. Not only is it super fun to ride around the neighborhood, but it's also convenient and reliable to ride around town. It came packaged well and was pretty much assembled out of the box. Only a little assembly was required which was quick and easy to do. I love the sleek and modern design of it, it looks so cool. It has a nice big platform which gives you plenty of feet space and can hold a good amount of weight. Also the handle has good length, so it's great for someone who is taller. It maneuvers smoothly and is easy to control, everytime is a smooth ride. It's powerful and pretty fast, goes up to 20mph, but also has two other slower speeds. It doesn't take too long to charge the battery, about 4 hours, and it's lasts awhile. It has solid brakes and tires, so you feel comfortable anytime you need to stop suddenly. It can be folded down to be more compact and save space in any area of your house or car. It also has an app that you use to get all the scooters information like speed, battery life, etc. My favorite feature of the app is the anti theft lock, which will lock your scooter so no one can drive off with it. Overall it's a wonderful scooter and I would definitely recommend it. Very satisfied!!

I bought this product to ride with my son. First day it read error 3 code. 2 days in flat back tire. Super hard to change. It was my first scooter and really turned me off to electric scooters in the future probably won't buy

Good packing and build quality but it's battery life is a complete lie at most my battery lasts for 10 miles. It does actually go 20mph.
