I really disliked the jump rope that was included in this agility set. It is a wire jump rope with a plastic covering and was used for agility training exercise. The jump rope started to crack and break apart after a couple of uses. The rest of the equipment seems sturdy I wish the jump rope could get replaced. The rest of the agility set was very nice. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and did not send the complete set back.

My 11 year old has stated multiple times since football season he wants to be the fastest on the field next season no matter what. This was purchased for summer training. We have not put this to the test yet but I will up date when we do. At current it seems well enough made and sturdy enough to hold up.
