Perfect fit. Even came with new lower mount bushings and new clips. Do change when engine is cool. Quick review of install. It can be done in an hour but plan on 2. Tools needed: drain pan that can hold a few gallons, rag, 5/16 nut driver for hose clamps, pliers that will open an inch or two to remove spring clamps, 10 mm socket with 6 inch extension, 10mm end wrench, flat tipped screwdriver and Phillip's screwdriver. Disconnect negative battery lead. (10mm) Remove Phillips screws, push clips (flat screwdriver) and 10mm bolts from upper core support cover. Remove 10mm bolts for hood latch. Disconnect overflow hose from radiator cap area. Remove two 10mm bolts from top of cooling fans. Remove wind screen push pins from top of radiator. Slide red connector locks sideways and remove both fan connectors. Drain radiator by removing engine side of lower radiator hose. Remove right cooling fan by pulling up slightly, lift back toward engine and then up. Lift left fan up a few inches, slide to right and remove. Remove both radiator hoses. Tricky part. The radiator, condenser and trans cooler are all attached. Upper corners of radiator have two 10mm bolts. Remove these. Next lift up on the condenser while pushing down on the radiator. Lift about 2 inches and push top of radiator towards engine. Lift radiator off supports and gently work it up from between the hood support and bumper cover. You may need an extra hand. Install new parts on radiator. Place into position on lower support. Lift condenser up slightly and pull radiator back towards you. You may then need to work the rubber supports from the condenser into the support holes on the radiator. You will know if they are seated it the two corner bolts you removed earlier line up. Reverse the rest of the steps. Fill radiator to top and then fill overflow bottle. After the first hot cold cycle it will pull the antifreeze from the bottle into the radiator and engine. Good luck. Sorry if I left any little parts out. ... show more

2nd update***** Got ahold of spectra who referred me to Amazon and they are supposed to be shipping me out a replacement....is it a pain that its leaking and I gotta swap it again?yea...but things do happen, and the main thing is theyre making it right. ****UPDATE***** Here it is 6 months later and its leaking like crazy...havent wrecked, havent hit anything, just developed a leak on its own,and its a big one Well...it isnt quite a direct replacement for an 03 town and country with 3.3(had to drill new holes in fan mount)but after some wiggling, cussing the trans cooler and condenser,it went in fine lol..honestly its easy to replace, just my van is a bit finicky(person who had it before me mustve hit something, which is why the condenser was bent and radiator was leaking). The packaging was great.included new clips, its holding antifreeze, and no blockages..I'm a happy guy.ill update if it ever starts leaking but I imagine it'll outlive the rest of the van. ... show more

  • Aftermarket radiator
Well packaged, came in box with big styrofoam protective pieces for the tanks on the radiator and all hose and cap openings had protective caps on them. As said in other reviews, it came with all new bottom rubber mount and new clips for fans. Only dificulty I had was my replacement radiator did not have 3 small holes in the top metal plate between the 2 tanks. It was where on my application a small rubber "deflector" was mounted, I used some thin double stick tape to work around this issue. A person needs to relize that this is a repalcement radiator and some issues might arise. Good radiator and works fine on my 240,000 mile 2002 Town and Country. ... show more

  • Almost but not quite...
Top bracket is missing mounting holes for deflector, can't even remove top bracket to swap with correct part from old radiator because factory screws are stripped and cross threaded. It's a shame that the quality of their standard products has gone downhill since the release of CAPA certified. It's like they intentionally left things out to make you pay for the premium version. ... show more

This was a great fit, the only thing that was not 100% is that I had to drill 2 small holes in the air deflector which did not line up with the holes in the Spectra radiator and the condenser bracket could have fit a little better in the radiator. This radiator replaced an original unit in a 200 thousand mile 01 Caravan. I rally like that Spectra made some improvements in the design, they did away with the steel brace at the bottom and the added flex grooves in the aluminum frame. I was impressed at how well it matches the original unit. I also liked that it included the mounts for the bottom, the clips for the bottom of the fans and the blind nuts for the top of the fans. ... show more

  • Good Cheap Replacement
Radiator fit my 2003 grand caravan SE. Came with some hardware which was awesome, most of the 2003 hardware was rusting away. Was worried about the integrity of the radiator as packaging was not foam filled, but it appeared to be undamaged and after installation is holding pressure! So far so good! Bought this one because it said it had free returns, I wasn't 100% sure where the leak was, and after doing the tear down and finding a cracked radiator, was glad I decided to have this on hand. ... show more

  • Quality unit keeping my van cool
Installed well into 2002 Town and Country 3.8 The support pegs at the top were a bit shifted from the original alignment, but within tolerance. Included a parts bag, which contained enough clips for the fans. Also included some nuts, which didn't serve my needs. The original radiator had more holes at the top to clip in an air deflector - this one just had the hole for the hose clip. ... show more

I put the radiator in about 6 months ago and have not had a single problem. I went on youtube and followed instructions on how to put it in and it took me about 2 hours, it was a tight fit though. The box was ripped from shipping and there was NOOOOO insulation foam packaging, but luckily there wasn't any cracks in it. Saved me over $500 from a mechanic. Oh, also i have absolutely no mechanical background and just had standard tools. ... show more
