The drone is very easy to fly, I would recommend to start with an open space like a park first for practice. The app is also very intuitive. The battery life is really good, I got about 25 minutes of flight time on one battery it depends on if you are just hovering or if you fly around. I wish they had more battery I can buy, but currently not in stock. The photo is really clear and sharp. I love how the night photo looks. There are plenty of settings to play around with to get a good photo and video. The app makes it so easy to share photos and videos with friends directly from the phone. It is under 250g so no need for part 107, just make sure you keep and line of sight of the drone at all time. I was able to fly pretty far and lost the sight of the drone, but was still able to see it on the phone screen of where the drone is. I recently got the Mini GPS 4K Drone, and I'm really impressed! It’s super compact and easy to carry, which is great for traveling or hiking. The GPS feature is a game-changer — I never worry about losing it, even if it flies far out of sight. The 4K camera takes amazing, crystal-clear footage, and it's pretty stable in the air, even on windy days. The battery life is decent, giving me about 20 minutes of flight time, which is enough for most of my adventures. Setting it up was a breeze, and the controls are intuitive, so even a beginner like me had no problem getting started. If I had to nitpick, I wish the battery lasted a bit longer, but for the price, I think it’s a solid drone. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality drone without breaking the bank! ... show more

UPDATE (19.02.2025) ------------------------------------------------ So after my initial experience and feedback, which you can find below, Specta team contacted me, apologized, offered instant refund and also, offered 50% off on my next purchase, if I would consider again buying their drone. This all was a great gesture from their side and good example of customer care. I ordered second one, Specta issued 50% off, so at the and I've got the drone at a fantastic price. Again thanks to Specta team. After receiving the drone, I had the opportunity to fly it few times (about 3 hours overall) in the city as well as outside city, at some points with almost 2KM distance from the home point. This time there was no any accident, drone flies great, holds great, footage is very good (attaching short footage, it's scaled down to Full HD, original is way better quality). I've tested RTH few times and it works as expected, no issues there to. So overall I'm very happy with this little drone and with the customer support. My initial incident seems to be a some factory defect, which I believe happens with every company from time to time, but the way Specta customer support handled this unpleasant experience, was fantastic. So at the end of the day, I put 5 stars to this little drone and the company. Highly recommended. INITIAL FEEDBACK (06.01.2025) ------------------------------------------------ While this drone has very good reviews and is considered as "Same is DJI", on the second flight, flying around 400m from the home point, at around 40-50m altitude, the drone started to behave strange. I've initiated RTH, it stated to return but than started to drift away and in a few seconds it started to spin, completely lost control and crushed. The media could not be loaded. ust wanted to share some thoughts on the Specta drone I’ve been flying over the past few weeks—it's been a lot of fun and surprisingly beginner-friendly. It took a bit to get a second battery since they’re limited to one per household (smart move on Specta’s part), but I found a workaround and got one through my girlfriend. The drone’s camera quality is excellent, and it flies smoothly—even for someone like me who's just starting out. I made a small upgrade that really enhanced the experience: I picked up a 10-inch Samsung tablet and mounted it using a bracket I bought separately. The larger screen makes a huge difference in visibility and control compared to my iPhone. The app works great on Android too. A few quick notes: - Battery life runs around 20–25 minutes, depending on wind and recording. - I get about a mile to a mile in a half of range, though heavy pine trees in my area seem to reduce that a bit. - When the signal drops, the return-to-home feature works flawlessly. I adjusted the return height to 215 feet (from the default 330) to better suit my environment. ... show more
