    • Issue with bumpers
This is a very good case for the money, but there's one issue I have and it's definitely a problem. The top and bottom of this case protrude out enough for you to lay your phone flat on a surface without the screen touching the surface. However, the side bumpers do not. They're pretty much flush with the screen, meaning that if the top or bottom of your phone is hanging slightly off a ledge or counter, your phone screen will be touching the surface. For example, if you took a butter knife and slap it perfectly horizontally across the phone, the screen will be touched and the side bumpers will not prevent this. It's not a deal breaker and if you generally don't need a ton of protection, this is a good case. But if you expect to lay your phone down and the screen to not touch the surface whatsoever or you work in an environment where your phone needs to be protected, the case has problems. Will probably get one of the UAG cases to be safe. ... show more

After trying out three different phone cases for my Samsung S22 Ultra this one was "just right." I like the material, the button access, and the grip is simply phenomenal. It's easy to both install and remove from the phone and is an attractive case that provides adequate protection for my phone.

I love this case. It provides excellent grip and ruggedness and looks distinct doing it. The various colors complements the phone and the materials feel premium. I know it's different than previous version that had rubber grips, however rubber is one of the most destructive materials for the ecosystem, so I don't mind it much. This looks basic, but it's a great phone case. The grips really leave the phone secure in your hand, but it isn't overly-cumbersome or intrusive. Excellent drop protection, also easy-on/easy-off.

I've been buying this particular style of case (first, the Candyshell Grip, and then the Presidio Grip) for years and years (since about 2016). In my opinion, they've only been getting better. The Candyshell Grip and the first generation of the Presidio Grip used molded-in rubber strips for grip. While true that they were incredibly good at providing that grip, every single one failed with those strips peeling off, usually near the middle of the case. So, while the new Presidio2 Grip does not have those rubber strips, I find the ridges still give me plenty to grab onto. Plus, the ridges won't be peeling up any time soon. The case fits perfectly, my only feedback would be that I would rather the case envelop each camera lens individually, instead of just having a big cutout on the back.     • The best yet!
I have been using Speck cases on Samsung phones for about 9 years. They give good impact protection when the phone is dropped and have a good grip that prevents sliding around on hard surfaces or slipping out of a shirt pocket. Previous versions had rubber ribs that provided the great grip but after a time they would start coming loose from the case. I liked the cases enough that I always replaced one that was "fraying" with another from Speck. This case has the grip ribs molded into the case instead of glued on, the grip might not be quite as tacky but still very good and I think there is nothing to go wrong.
