This case is simple, sturdy, and comfortable to hold. I’ve dropped this phone in more ways than I can count with this case and it has always survived. This case fits in a pocket easily as well and does not feel like you’re holding a brick while using it (which I dislike about Otterbox). The rubber on the back looks great style wise but also gives the phone a good grip on flat surfaces. All in all, I love this case. This is the second of this case I ordered for my phone. The old was over 2-3 years old and grungy looking from use, drops on tile or concrete, but with no damage to the phone. The slight rib pattern makes it easier to hold onto. Again, I’ve knocked it off the table and tailgate of truck with no damage to the phone. The case is Not bulky either ... show more

This case did a great job of protecting my iPhone, and has a very non-skid outside so it stays where it’s put including a lap. After about a year plus some of the rubber began to peel away, but at the price that is acceptable.

I don't do anything crazy with my phone, but I do tend to drop it or knock it off hard or slippery surfaces. I got this case to prevent that, since it has the grippy rubber ribbing on the back. I wasn't sure how well it would hold up based on other reviews, but it's been over a year and it's in pretty much perfect condition. The only visible wear is on the rubber by the charging port. It is looser and has lifted away from the plastic a bit, but it's been a year and has not ripped! the grip of the ribbing isn't 10/10, maybe like 8/10? It is a little harder than regular rubber BUT that means it doesn't get stuck in my back pocket. Also, lifehack - in an emergency, use the rubber of your phone case as a lint roller(yeah cases aren't clean but in an EMERGENCY lol) ... show more
