I ordered this case for my iPad Pro 3rd Gen (2021). I stumbled upon this case randomly via Amazon search (listed way way down below other (sponsored) cases but then later found out this is also recommended by the review site Wirecutter. Good Nice color options, especially like the teal version that I finally ordered. Fits the iPad Pro perfectly, solid all round protection, multiple resting angles in landscape that I didn’t see in other “folio” type cases. It supposedly has anti microbial “micro ban” coating which I personally don’t care much about. Soft protection on the inner surface for the ipad screen , space to store Apple pencil. Bad The biggest issue I have is that the listing images showing the front and back of the case are manipulated- the surface is not soft like TPU leather as the image shows. The surface looks/feels more like a hiking bag, definitely not soft like the fake leather cases. The case is still high quality but the listing image is not true to the actual product. Also this is initial review upon purchase, don’t know how this case will hold up over time Rating I would give 4 and a half stars if i could only for the misleading image. Otherwise a great product. Recommended 👍 P.S: I’ve attached pics to show the case with the tablet, unfortunately the white balance is off on some of the images. the color is actually same as listed on Amazon.

The iPad was very easy to install in the case. Every part of this case feels sturdy and it feels like a quality case. I have access to all the buttons very easily. None of the speakers or ports are blocked. The iPad feels secure in the case. The case isn’t weightless, but it doesn’t make the iPad cumbersome the protection and functionality of the case makes the added weight well worth it. The stand function of the case has grooves so it locks into place and doesn’t slide around, which I appreciate very much when I’m consuming content. The price is well worth it and I will get a spec case for my next iPad also. I have had spec cases for my iPads and iPhones since I discovered them back in 2016 and they always work well and they are sturdy.

I have always gotten Speck cases for my iPads. Contrary to what the description says, this does have the “auto sleep/wake” with the cover. Fits perfectly and looks great. Only cons are - make sure to keep the case dry. If it gets wet, it tends to warp; and three years in, the thin strip of plastic above the speaker holes tends to break - but that doesn’t affect the functionality of the case- just lightly file off the rough edges at the break.

I had extremely specific needs for a case, and this was absolutely perfect! I have a silicone sleeve on my Apple Pencil that I did not want to have to remove in order to charge, and I wanted an iPad case that would accommodate the Apple Pencil with the sleeve and allow it to attach to the iPad in order to charge, as well as a plastic snap in housing for the iPad itself. I love that the case latches shut in order to keep the pencil in place. I also was a bit concerned that I wouldn’t be able to use stickers because of the material used for the outside of the case, but it turned out fine. It’s also a lot more durable than the case I had before. I really love it! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect case for my needs other than maybe it being leather. Used for a 2021 iPad Pro 11”

I like the case styling. The color, light weight and closure clip are nice features. The one thing I don’t like is that, after less than 4 weeks of use, the spine has developed cracks. This seems to e a very short time to have this kind of wear. I will be replacing it with another product.
