Got this after a couple of shoulder tears dislocating my shoulder playing disc golf. Kept playing with it on, doing PT, lifting light weights. Kept things glued together. About 4 months later no longer needed it much. 6 months not at all. Cancelled surgery. Kept lifting and warming up for things and good to go. Beyond that it is comfortable, doesn't impede range of motion, is easy to get on and off solo. At 5'7" with a stumpy upper arm I'm about as small as it fits velcro strap-wise around the body, but biceps are on the larger end of capacity. Overall it worked out fine, but if you're taller with more noodle-y arms this would cinch you up perfectly.

First the positives: It is very comfortable compared to other products on the market and provides range of motion that you are not able to get in other braces (not sure if this is good or bad). It is easy to put on and take off and seems to provide good support. The only negative is that the material is hot if you work or go in the sun alot!

This is the second shoulder support I've used since my shoulder dislocated. It's nice that the design is minimal and supports the necessity! I just wish there was one additional elastic line (made of the same material as this shoulder support or any other lastic line) with one fixed end on shoulder and another adjustable end on bandage on back side to poll shoulder back! That may help to have shoulder in natural form.

I’m not in the habit of leavening bad reviews, as putting down someone’s work is not something I like doing at all. However, for the sake of the consumers, I want to leave my personal experience. Both my wife and I have shoulder problems, I specifically have an impingement on my left shoulder and we were excited about this brace. It really did nothing to alleviate any discomfort in the least. I made sure I used it properly. It just feel like you’re wearing an uncomfortable accessory. If anything, it made whatever movement I had to make even more uncomfortable on my shoulder as it limited my supporting muscles. Again, I absolutely hate to leave a bad review, but if you’re looking at trying this out to help your shoulder pain, my personal opinion and experience is that it won’t help. Dry needling or other therapeutic practices has made a far better improvement than anything else I have tried.

We need our muscle tomove our bones, so when muscles or tendons are slightly injured this creates stress on the rest of our body as to how we get thru the days ahead. I invested in this shoulder harness it was just what I needed. I literally slept on my right side with this on my left shoulder .but my MD said don't wear it because it can create a frozen shoulder .so I s ty ipped wearing it and started to slowly exercise this left should and left arm. It's not 100% but hurts less and I'm moving it more .I rather do the exercise and work this out than go for cortisone injections . There's no way I want that .I'll take Tylenol ....

I recently tore my rotator cup at work and bought this to hope with my daily tasks at work. Based on the reviews, I bought a bigger size and wish I had bought the smaller size because it was far too big. I am 6 foot 3 inches. It did work once I did some Jimmy rigging to it, and it helped with my recovery.
