I love the feel of the grips on this handle! It is extremely comfortable, yet still provides enough grip without tearing your hands up. I feel that the chain attachment is completely unnecessary which is why I knocked off a star. I always use this type of handle below the collar of the barbell when doing rows. I will also attach this handle when doing lat-pulldowns or throw it around a pull-up bar when doing chin-ups. The additional chain attachment is also a bit too long unless you elevate your feet around the bar to get proper range of motion. Overall though, I love the handle and use it quite frequently for my workouts!

I ordered SPART Double D Row Handle Cable Attachment with Chains and Single Eyelet for Weight Workout, Cable Machine Accessories There's 2 parts to this product. The handle which is solid and well made. The hand grips are very nice and have an appropriate amount of grip without being too rough. They feel comfortable to hold when doing rows. The attachment connector rotates freely, which reduces any weird twisting when doing a set. Then there is the chain that attaches to your barbell. On each end of the chain are carabiners. This chain seems sturdy enough but is a bit too long in my opinion. The carabiners are not quite as sturdy feeling as others I have gotten with other products . These can be removed and swapped for better ones if you feel they might not be adequate for you if your doing really heavy weights. So far for me they have not given any issues and I have enjoyed the product overall.

I ordered this to use with my resistance bands, not a weight cable machine. I wanted something to make it easier to do close-grip pull-downs and rows. This works perfectly. However, it is a lot heavier than I expected. It is solidly constructed and very comfortable to use. I initially thought I would snap my resistance bands into a snap carabiner connected to the cable eyelet. However, I soon found that to be a bit unwieldy, and it also scratched the paint around the eyelet. I don't think you're going to avoid some scratching around the eyelet —it's just going to happen. What I ended up doing was using a large quick link in the connecter hole. That provides ample real estate to connect the resistance bands. That should also work on a weight cable machine. Overall, I'm very pleased with the SPART Double D Row Handle Cable Attachment and am sure I'll get a lot of use out of it. My recommendation - a good buy!

I ordered this to do landmine rows. In most gyms you simply take the handle and put it under the barbell right below the collar. This is what I end up doing with this too, and it works just fine. The extra attachment with the chain is simply too long and seems pretty much useless to me. I would like to see a decreased price with that attachment removed entirely. Pass savings onto customers.

Love this. I have noting but positives for this handle. I take this with me in my gym bag. Love the option to have my own equipment at the gym, and this is light enough to just throw in my bag. Cleaning is easy. material used is perfect. Love that it has the ability to get a good grip. My wife and teen son uses it as well. Love the color. no chips or scratches noted yet. Helps that it has many options of use. We gave it a 5/5.

The media could not be loaded. I am using this for cable rows on my home gym. It can also be used as a landmine handle for your barbell, however I have not tried it for that purpose. At glance the chain is too long and would not provide very good range of motion for this purpose. The handle feels substantial and heavy in your hand. The grip is strong and comfortable. The paint does scratch easily which could become a problem.

I really like this setup better than the typical one piece landmine attachment. I have always wanted that old T-bar row machine feel, that gyms for some reason rarely have anymore. This is very close. Even though the bar hangs from a chain you don't really feel much movement. I'm only using a few links anyway. The most important thing is that the chain allows you to set to height correctly so the 45's don't hit you in the chest allowing a full range of motion. The handle is very comfortable and sturdy. I highly recommend this!!
