This is a great home gym. This is a christmas gift for my son. We put it together a weekend ago. It took two of us 10 hours to put together, however, everything was present and no damage to any parts. Everything you need to put it together is included. I have a few cable machines myself, and this home gym was designed with some extra thought. It has some thoughtful design that I do not have on my own. Some simple things that make a big difference. Overall, this is a great home gym and works well. The most difficult part is installing the cables, however, if you just follow the directions and install them in the order in the instructions, you should be able to figure it out. There are a ton of parts, and I recommend 2 people put it together. We did verify we had ALL the parts before we started, which did take some time. If you have issues putting this together, you can reach out to me, and I'll do my best to respond and provide assistance.

For $299.99 I have to say that I am very impressed with the overall quality of the equipment I do wish the steal tubing was thicker nevertheless the bearings give this Vertical leg press a very smooth travel experience well leg pressing having used gym quality equipment this feels very smooth also the fact they give you the option to use standard or Olympic weights and bands and with a 660lbs max weight capacity if you are on the fence on weather or not to get this leg press I would highly recommend it, my only suggestion is to get at least 6 to 9 - 2_1/2lbs plates to put in between your 45lbs to make it easier to take them off or the CAP 45lbs plates have handles built-in. I have already worked up to 315lbs the equipment held up with no problem. For the days you need to get your leg workout in and you are not in the mood for Squats this is a great alternative and or Great for rehabbing your lower body. It takes about maybe an hour and half maybe 2hrs put together. A ratchet n metric sockets and or a drill that accepts sockets and quality metric wrenches rubber mallet would highly recommend. I find myself doing at least a set of presses every time I set foot into my garage gym.

This gym was a waste of money. It's super wobbly no matter how much you tighten it and the cables twist and pop off the pulleys. This was my son's Christmas present and I'm really disappointed in it.

I had a major stroke when I was 27, a couple of other strokes, stayed in bed for a year from cancer, I broke both my legs and had long Covid which kept me hospitalized for a month and my leg strength is no good anymore. This machine is strengthening my entire lower body! For this low price, its a perfect home gym addition for your lower body! I simply love it!!

This gym equipment was very hard to assemble due to the lack of clear directions. The images are barely visible, and you must spend extra time decoding and analyzing the numbering scheme used. However, this gym set is quite nice overall; thus, it receives four stars.

I love it. The assembly smokeskok, but it’s awesome. I’ve had a few knee surgeries, so this is a really comfortable way to gain back some leg strength. Hope this helps
