Fantastic product! I have been using another collagen powder and it did not dissolve well and was like sludge. Thank goodness I found the Sparkle Joint Boost (Orange) . It dissolves very easily in room temperature water, has a pleasant orange flavor and really does its job.

This collagen powder dissolves nicely in my morning coffee with no lumps. It has no taste to affect the taste of the coffee. Only used a couple days, so too early to rate whether it helps relieve arthritic pain, but according to research on this type of collagen, I am hoping for some benefit. Will ke
ep using for a few months.

Expensive, but I was impressed by the rat studies.

This review is just short of 4 weeks using the product. I used 1/2 dose for a couple of weeks. I use a battery coffee frother and it mixes with no problem. I got unflavored. Adds no bad taste to my coffee. When I first started it caused constipation but that has gone and I'm up to a full dose each da
y. I think it is helping. I typically walk the dog a mile or so daily over uneven forest terrain with elevations. I notice that I don't seem dependent on using a knee compression sleeve lately. I still have some discomfort but really feel that I am better. I don't take any pain meds. There is a sciatic nerve issue that makes assessing this more complex. I'm not doing the PT exercises that I should and getting away with it. :-) My condition, r-knee (I'd love to see an MRI six months to a year from now using this product): "1. Significant complex large predominantly radial tear involving the majority of the posterior horn of the right medial meniscus which appears diminutive on today's examination. In addition, the body of the medial meniscus also appears diminutive, likely related to chronic/degenerative tearing. 2. There is a subtle intermargin radial tear involving the posterior horn of the right lateral meniscus. 3. Tricompartmental knee osteoarthritis which is greatest and moderate to severe in the medial compartment. 4. Small knee joint effusion. 5. Incidentally noted is mild increased signal within the lateral gastrocnemius muscle which is nonspecific and may be related to an underlying low-grade strain, partially visualized on today's examination."

I love that it is tasteless, and I use it in my coffee every morning. I have been using this for a month and a half and have found that I do have less joint pain. I was having pain in my shoulders, hips, feet. I will be ordering another bag. Thank you for the help with relief.

SPARKLE HAS NO FLAVOR SO I MIX IT WITH TANG IN A 2 TO 1 RATIO. I ADD 3 SCOOPS A DAY TO ICE WATER. I’VE DONE THIS DAILY FOR YEARS. I’M 83 YEARS OLD AND THE BEST THING GOING ON MY BODY IS LOOSE JOINTS. IT’S LIKE A CHIROPRACTOR VISIT WITHOUT PAIN.

Collagen itself is very good, but the flavors are just too sweet and causes bloating for me. I tried the mixed berry and the açaí lemonade.

The collagen is easy to blend and tasteless, which is good. Not yet sure of the benefits, but I know that collagen is the building block of stronger bones.

I am taking this supplement as an aid in healing a swollen achilles tendon. After 30 days I am not sure if there has been any significant assistance or not.
