  • Solid Intel ARC Card
I installed the Sparkle Intel Arc A770 ROC Luna OC Edition in my Plex server to handle AV1 transcoding and it delivered smooth, reliable hardware acceleration from the first stream. Setup was straightforward—just slot it into the PCIe x16 slot, install the Intel Arc drivers, and Plex immediately recognized the hardware encoder. Transcoding multiple 4K streams ran without hiccups, and the dual 100 mm fans kept temperatures in check under load while staying surprisingly quiet. The card’s white metal backplate and 2.5-slot design fit neatly in my compact case, and the 16 GB of GDDR6 memory handled large buffers with ease. It does draw more power than Intel’s A310 model—around 225 W under full load—so I ended up swapping it for an A310 to save on energy costs. That said, its build quality, higher clock speeds, and robust AV1 performance make it a strong choice if you have the PSU headroom and want top-tier transcoding throughput. ... show more

  • An Amazing Budget PC'S Builders Starter Card
An amazing price to performance mid range card, even beat my friends 4080 Super in some instances haha. Doesnt run hot, Performs well for many games. Compliments my white MicroATX build, absolutely beautiful. A little heavy for a two fan GPU but still fits well. This is amazing for those seeking aesthetics and are entering the PC Building community ... show more

  • A lot more to it......
First of all if you're replacing a video card and your card still works go into your Bios and make sure "resizable bar" is turned on. If you don't have it enabled turn it on. The card will not display without it enabled. Kind of a "must know" right out of the gate. Of course when you open the box it doesn't have any instructions (why would it?) so you think you can just plug it in "and away you go" right? Wrong. Do yourself a favor and go directly to Intel's site and download the graphics drivers and assistant. This way when it does boot up in 720X480P you don't panic. Windows doesn't have generic video drivers for Intel's cards. Why? Who knows....So just run the Arc Drivers, reboot and you should be all set. If you don't have a video card and you're doing a new build most motherboards have an HDMI input and if you have a decent processor with built in video graphics you should be able to get to your bios and enable "resizable bar." By the way if your scan the QR code on the Intel Arc Box it will take you to the directions for the card and it of course talks about turning on "resizable bar." Would've been nice to know with a little card insert. So if you make it through the hurdles to get the card working just know it's a pretty powerful GPU for the money. It's actually a hec of a value. 16GB and a 256bit bus is a fantastic buy around 300 dollars. You won't find another card like it for the same value. I gamed pretty good with it and it consistently ran 4K at 60+ FPS. Just be aware that the fans on the card at some point will sound like a Blackhawk taking off to keep it cool. This is not unheard of when you're taxing it out. You may get different results when gaming depending on your processor, memory, motherboard etc.... So far so good and if anything goes upside down I'll update the review. ... show more

  • Love this graphics card.
The media could not be loaded. Saw a lot of videos about intels arc. I was scared to get one for my self but decided to try it out. Good thing I did. Tested all my games old and new worked fine no crashes or stuttering. The gpu cool and silent. The white goes good with my all white build. Can’t wait for battle mage I’ll order that one as well when it’s released. ... show more

  • Budget King
I was skeptical about not buying an AMD or Nividia. I did another of YouTube searching and online research. This card handles AAA title like a champ. Runs smoother than a 7700xt.
