I ordered a M, I’m 5.2 and 110. So far, no roll ups ( leg), or downs (waist). Doesn’t feel super tight, but Also sits flat on my stomach. No lines under pencil skirts.

These are comfortable and flattering but ride/roll up so much that they’re unwearable. I have a very typical hourglass shape body but despite sizing up, the shorts do not stay in place over my bum and hips. The bottom of the shorts create a obvious line across my bum when they bunch up.
