We have a 54" Spaulding Exact Height Portable Basketball Hoop that came crashing down during high winds. The rim bracket and breakaway tension spring bolt were bent and you cannot order individual parts. Not wanting to have an expensive and enjoyable hoop rendered useless, the search was on to find a fix. This Slam Jam Rim was an exact replacement for the rim included on the original hoop. Although we didn't need the rim itself and just needed the brackets, this was still an affordable option. I ended up using the new rim, parts and net and getting rid of the old. The rim itself was assembled and up within about 10 minutes. It was a perfect fit and the kids are back to enjoying some outdoor fun. This is also a shout out to Amazon Warehouse Deals by offering a Used - Very Good product that was brand new and the only issue was a slightly banged up box. This saved almost $10 so always pay attention for the Amazon Warehouse Deals on this or any other product. ... show more

The bolt holes were a bit misaligned but was able to make it work. Just have to move it around a bit in order for the bolts to push thru.

Someone broke my son’s basketball rim off so I had to buy a replacement rim and net for it I bought this one used however it was brand new in a different box but had wrapped nicely working great for my 12 year old daughter and 13 year old son they play basketball all day and night lol

Bought this one to replace the one for our portable basketball goal when it fell over during a storm. Perfect fit undo the old damaged one and this one slides right into its place. It also came with instructions to help with installing and all the hardware needed so you can have extras or just completely replace the old ones as well.
