I’ve been using the Spa Sciences CLARO for a couple of weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. It’s very easy to use, charges quickly, and the battery lasts a long time. I mostly use it at night and I’ve noticed that acne breakouts heal much faster. The blue light helps dry out pimples and the red light leaves my skin calmer and less inflamed. It’s not uncomfortable or painful at all, it just feels like a gentle warmth on the skin. At first, I thought I wouldn’t notice a difference, but after several uses I can already see my skin looking clearer with fewer red marks. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an at-home treatment that’s both practical and professional. It has given me much more confidence in my skincare routine.

This is a great buy for the price, especially compared to others on the market that can be hundreds of dollars. I saw results the very next day with this! However, the battery on this is pretty rough. I followed all instructions in the manual, but it still lasts JUST long enough for me to do my entire face as instructed with only 1 light. The manual states that you should be able to use both lights for the full time each in one charge, but I have to pick only one light to use because the battery doesn’t last long enough to use both in one sitting. And it takes forever to charge. Additionally, the blue light seems to be much less sensitive and only works when pressing rather hard, compared to my red light attachment. All of this to say, if you’re ballin’ on a budget, this is honestly a fine choice. Just remember that you often get what you pay for. It does the job, just needs a little patience and understanding! I would 100% recommend to someone who isn’t willing to spend a bunch, but would inform them that it isn’t perfect.

I've been using the Spa Sciences Claro for roughly a month now. I would say this product works pretty well. It definitely has helped heal my cystic acne. It hasn't entirely eliminated it but I notice when I do get new breakouts they heal faster. For the price, this is a steal compared to other LED devices. It even includes both the red and blue lights. I got mine cheaper than the regular $39 price. I paid $26. It also has a one year warranty. My main complaints about this is because of the size of the head it can be difficult to reach smaller areas of the face. Additionally, the device shuts off automatically after 4 3 minute rounds making it difficult to treat more of your face if you need to do so. The eye protection provided is also not really useful as it's more of a blindfold. Edit: the battery life sucks. Not even sure why they include 2 heads as I can't even get a full 4 treatments per head. I can max 5-6 3 minute rounds before the battery dies. Oh, and you can't use it while its charging.

I was really hoping this would work for the bad acne i have. I had recently broke out with small acne and cyst type acne. I have a tan/Almond complexion. Ill be returning. Maybe on lighter or white skin may work out better. The light is good and i can tell it works for acne just not on darker skin. I didnt like how it left a dark imprint on my skin when my face is already full of hyperpigmentation and acne. Ill be returning.
