The exercise bike was a little difficult to assemble but finally went together after about 45 minutes of trying to read the pictures. The seat is very hard. I traded it out for a Cloud 9 seat from one of my other bikes. That seemed to help. The biggest problem is the handlebars. They make you lean forward too much and after 20 minutes or so my hands began to hurt because I was leaning on them. My only complaint is the handlebar post is wobbly. I just stuck a shim in between and it no longer wobbles. Overall, good for the price and worth it for a beginner.
