  • Works on lawn grass
Style: Liquid Iron
I used this on my Saint Augustine grass in my front yard. I mixed 8 oz. in a hose end sprayer with 3 gal usage. The yellowing of the grass was almost gone the next day and after one week now is deep green. Definitely a good product.

  • Easy to mix/use and greened large holly shrubs up overnight!
Style: Liquid Iron
This is a small bottle but is very concentrated. Estimate there is enough in one bottle to mix 70 gallons. Arrived in cushioned envelope. Popped it open and added one tablespoon of the liquid iron into my 1 gallon portable pump sprayer. Added a galloon of water. It mixed very well by itself. That small amount made the whole gallon dark brown, so it is definitely strong. I then adjusted my pump sprayer to "drench" level, lol (a spicket consistency rather than spray consistency) and drenched all the leaves on our two 8' tall hollies until they were dripping wet. I started at the top and worked my way down. Also made sure it was not windy and that no overspray would land on my house, concrete, cars, etc. It will stain so be very careful. That was at 7pm with temperate at 70 degrees. Temps got down to 40s overnight. When I check them out this morning they were already greening up significantly! So in 13 hours a big difference. The leaves had been all yellow, dying and falling off. We had lost probably half the leaves on the two hollies since February. We think this is due to it being new construction and the build placed them right where the downspouts pour out. And they were overwatered and all the iron got leached out of the soil. So we also redirected the water from the downspouts - that help alot - but the leaves would still not green up, even though they looked pretty healthy and was full of blooms and bee activity this spring. • Works great to prevent and reverse iron deficiency in pot grown citrus plants.
Style: Liquid Iron
I purchase this annually for use with my citrus plants. If you aren’t familiar with growing citrus, it might be easier to grow potato’s on mars! They require lots of food and tons of micro nutrient when grown in pots. One of the issues that come up often is an iron deficiency and it presents in the leaves. This stops that and will prevent it if applied a few times a year. I only add it to the water about three times during the peak growing months, or if symptoms present. It seems to mix really easily into a watered and works great. ... show more
