I've been taking this since the early 2000s whenever I feel the symptoms of a cold or flu coming on. I can't even count the number of times it's helped me avoid getting sick. In fact, I don't think I've had a serious cold or flu in over 15 years. There have been times when, for whatever reason, I didn't have access to Wellness and ended up in the early stages of a cold. But as soon as I started taking it, the severity of the cold would lessen and I'd feel normal in a couple of days. These things get me right. When I feel like something is trying to get me I take these and 95%of the time I either don’t get sick or it’s very mild. This stuff works. I swear by them. Worth every penny. The capsules are way easier to tolerate than the tablets. The tablets taste pretty bad. There also another Product by this company that I take when I feel sick.
