Once awhile back my dentist game me a free sample of this tooth paste as I was struggling with my gums bleeding from time to time. I have used this toothpaste now for years and I honestly wouldn't want to use another one unless someone could really convince me that it was better and it would take a good bit. It's gentle yet its effective! Both for my gum and my teeth. My teeth feel clean after I use it and I haven't had trouble with bleeding gums either. It might cost more than some tooth a little more than the basic tooth paste but does so much more. Great value for the money. If you need a little extra protection of your gums or teeth you can't go wrong.

I have this toothpaste on a subscription plan as it helped improve my issues with sensitivity AND my gums STOPPED bleeding during flossing after using it for a few weeks, minimally twice daily. For years I have had an area of gum around one tooth that would bleed when flossed nightly. I tried flossing that area with a water pick but it would still bleed. Good flavor and smooth consistency.
