Once awhile back my dentist game me a free sample of this tooth paste as I was struggling with my gums bleeding from time to time. I have used this toothpaste now for years and I honestly wouldn't want to use another one unless someone could really convince me that it was better and it would take a good bit. It's gentle yet its effective! Both for my gum and my teeth. My teeth feel clean after I use it and I haven't had trouble with bleeding gums either. It might cost more than some tooth a little more than the basic tooth paste but does so much more. Great value for the money. If you need a little extra protection of your gums or teeth you can't go wrong.

This toothpaste has the most percent fluoride I’ve seen so far in over-the-counter toothpastes. I still like using this for its super minty taste. I think it’s more gentle on the gums for me versus other brands. The three-pack of this toothpaste is cheaper and saves me a bit more than buying a single tube at Walmart or other grocery stores.
