I was so surprised when this arrived in a box! Most area rugs I have purchased come rolled up, and they are difficult to get into the house, and then you have to unroll them, and put weights and ice cubes on them to get the corners to lay down. They always seem to curl up, no matter how much you fight with them. This rug came in a cube! When I opened the vacuum sealed packaging, I stepped back quickly, and laughed because it was so anti-climatic. It didn't expand like mattresses and other things that are vacuum sealed. It was easy to unfold and lay out in my living room. This pretty much covers my entire living room! It is 8 x 10 feet, and is very soft! I got the grey color, and was amazed at how soft it is! I put it over carpet. We have been renting a house for 15 years, and they will not replace the carpet. We raised 4 kids in this house, and the original carpet looks pretty bad. This made a HUGE difference to the appearance of our living room! It lays flat, and does not curl up like other area rugs we have. All of the corners stay in place, flat on our carpet. I have not needed to use any carpet tape or anything like I do for the runner rugs I have in the dining room and hallway. This isn't the thickest area rug, but I think it is thick enough and well padded. It is extremely soft! My wife encourages people to take off their shoes and feel how soft this rug is, or to bend down and feel it with their hands. It has stayed extremely soft after being vacuumed multiple times. My grandkids like to lay on it when they play or relax. They actually prefer laying on it over the couch. This stays looking pretty clean. It doesn't show pet hair as much as our original carpet and the other area rugs and floor mats we have. I like that the underside isn't too thick. This cuts back on the weight, so when we move it will not be as difficult. I have not noticed any flaws, and it hasn't come apart anywhere. I have not tried using my carpet cleaning machine on it yet. It says its washable. It is way too big to go in a washing machine, but I assume they meant it can be cleaned with carpet cleaning machines. I do know that its easy to clean up spills. My grandkids have spilled drinks on it, and I have been able to dab it up with a towel, and it looked fine after. This is a really good option, especially if its going over carpet. I do not know how well it stays in place on hardwood, tile, or LVT. It does stay in place well on my worn out carpet.

I’m really happy with this rug! When I first took it out of the package, I honestly thought it looked a little like an oversized bathmat, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it. However, once I placed it in the room and started decorating around it, my opinion completely changed. I didn’t really notice any odor when I first opened it. The rug adds a soft cozy field to the space and helps brighten the room with its neutral color and pattern. The material is very comfortable to walk on barefoot and has a plush feel without being overly thick. I also appreciate that it stays in place well and doesn’t slide around on my floors. It is a bit of an hassle to vacuum though as I have to turn my vac down to the lowest setting. Overall, this rug exceeds my expectations. If you’re on the fence when you first unboxed it, give it some time and see it in the room before making a judgment. It ended up being exactly what my space needed, and I am very happy with the purchase.

This rug is true to size and so VERY soft. The pile is relatively short, but thick enough to feel your feet sink in a little. I saw another reviewer state that this rug was more like a bath mat and I actually agree. The backing and overall thickness of the rug is a lot like my bath mat. However, where some might find this undesirable, I find it perfect because that makes this rug easier to remove and wash. I can actually fit this 8'X10" rug into a washer at the laundry mat. I do wish the backing was more non-slip as it will move some when I accidentally move my bed. The design in the rug is nicely done, but a bit too busy for me. Thankfully my bed hides most of it. The color is absolutely perfect for a house with pets. Most of my animals are white and black and we have one ginger. Their pet hair does not show up much on the rug, which is absolutely perfect.

This is a nice rug overall. It has a soft, plush feel under your feet, but it is not an overly thick or heavy rug. It is comfortable to walk on, and the size is great if you need something that covers a larger area. I keep mine in my work area, and it works perfectly because of the color and size. I got the black one, and for me that is a big plus because it helps hide stains on the rug itself. That is exactly what I wanted it for, especially in an area that gets used often. It also has a nice modern design pattern, so it looks good used anywhere. Overall, I am very happy with the design, size, and comfort and I think it is a solid rug.

This rug is amazing! The color and design are just as pictured online so no surprises. The herringbone design is made by long and short fibers in the rug. It has the perfect thickness and is very soft. Its true to size. The underside has a nice grippy/ bumpy texture. I put it in my sons' room and they love it! I love walking on it! The price is great for this. I highly recommend it!
