  • Quality ear buds. Lousy charger
Really great pair of ear buds. Would love to give it 5 stars. But the software and the unique charging chord take a little away from its versatile use. Good value. Wish it would go a little more mainstream though with accessories and software. Power chord does not match Apple or android chargers which makes it frustrating. ... show more

  • Fit could be better
Noise cancellation is flawless for the price point. Only problem I have with them is that the wingtips are small

  • Better then Untimate Ears Fit
I have $200 ultimate ear fit and this ear buds are fare better in sound, battery life, and noise cancelling. The only thing UE is better is fit because they mold to my ear.

  • High quality feel, and look, but....
I like the look and feel of these but I don't understand the choices made with hardware. I use these for sports and I don't understand why they have removed features from the life A1. There's no wireless charging, fewer options for controls on the headphones, and a TouchPad that's not very sensitive and is very annoying considering how well the A1 used actual buttons. I rely heavily on onboard controls when running, or playing sports so this was the biggest let down and I had to return. I recently lost my A1 headphones and figured why not give it a shot. Immediately disappointed to see that the app gives you option to customize ( normally a good thing) what the touch input does but there's only double tap or hold for 2seconds gestures. What happened to single, or triple tap??? I'm just confused on these choices as I need to have play/pause options, Next song, and volume controls but you can't get that with these headphones without sacrificing one or the other or sacrificing the on/off hearthrough gesture with the 2s hold. It's excellent anker quality as always, excellent sound with some beefy bass and eq adjustable, better drivers than previous A1 model and good battery. I wouldn't recommend for audiophiles but more for casual listening, bass is boosted in these but not to the horrible extent of beats headphones. For $50-$60 price tag they can't be beat tbh in the sound quality and feel department but the A1 are much better for active users to use in the gym, for jogging, or for sports where you need more onboard control and don't want to constantly go to your phone for adjustments. That and the A1 still has great sound and are cheaper. I bought some replacement A1's shortly after my trial with the A2. Wrote this one for those considering the swap as I was. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • They might be ok for you , but they where pointless for ME
anker makes a great product that punches well about its weight. Real quick, these ear buds would be best for walking , office , calm , sitting , house work , auto work , kitchen work ( maybe ). They are just not good for running or cycling . The ANC feature does lessen the whipping wind noises , so that is about it , they are not worth more than 40 bucks though. The transparency feature doesn't really seem to do much , but you will hear a difference , it doesn't do much with music playing , and out doors just seems to pick up the wind noises. Fit was a miss for me , the wings dont catch in my ear and they always feel like they are falling out . the case is nice they are built OK , but the major issues I have found with anker buds is the rubbers wear out and get wiggly , and THEY CANT JUST SIMPLY HAVE A SPARE PARTS PAGE ON AMAZON OR THERE WEBSITE TO ORDER REPLACEMENTS. The flawed designs of fully wireless buds means you loose a rubber or damage the case its game over if there isn't a market for spare parts you are buying new ones just for the parts LOL, and it gets annoying. If they would start offering full support for their buds and stream line the brand it would be better. they make too many buds and these ones are just a jumbled mess of features that dont work well for me , maybe for you you just want to sit on the bus or walk home with the option to get a call. over all if you need some buds and can get these for around 30 its not a bad deal, but they are not recommended for active users and music listeners , I guess they do allow calling so if you are buying for a Bluetooth head set you might not care , Im going to pass and stick with the lifedot 2s that are bit more active user focused ! ... show more

  • Touch controls aren’t great. Sound great though & noise cancellation is great!
Pros : Inexpensive compared to some of the similar options; light and fit well after picking the right ear piece/wing combo; Cons : touch controls are limited, no swiping only taps… HARD taps, somewhat uncomfortable how hard you have to tap to get intended reaction; a few times it has sounded like I have a bad connection on the phone and when I switch off these back to speaker on the phone connection to network is fine so must be a Bluetooth issue; Disclaimer : I did buy these through prime as “refreshed” so if the connection issue persists I’ll contact Amazon. ... show more

  • Excellent value
Bought this as a refurbished item, and the only indication of refurbished is the ability of the charging station to hold a charge. If you were to take these mobile for an extended period, that might be a problem. Otherwise, the sound quality and noise cancellation are really exceptionable for "Ear Buds" at this price point. The clarity and range of these buds has to be experienced to be believed. I listen to classical music primarily and to be able to pick out individual instruments, just makes me smile. Highly recommend. ... show more
