This V200 digital piano is absolutely beautiful, easy to set up, and a pleasure to play. The customer service was excellent- they sent me a message right after I placed my order to let them know if anything gets damaged in transport and answered my questions promptly. The finish is an elegant matte black faux wood grain, with gorgeous keys and beautiful red velvet trim. The pedals work nicely, and the sound is lovely. I was specifically looking for a digital piano with no blue or white LEDs as I find them disruptive to sleep, and this one has a simple on/off button and volume toggle with no lights. I did a lot of homework before this purchase. It was worth the investment. This is an instrument for pianists of all levels. The sound is beautiful. It looks great. The best part of this piano is the touch. It FEELS like a classic piano. I found this to be one of my driving forces as I purchased it for my Granddaughter's first piano lessons. It was important to me that it had a graded hammer-action keyboard as finger training and strength are very important. I am most pleased (and so is Daddy who enjoys playing it also).
