  • Great Starter Keyboard
While the stand was a little tricky for me to put together by myself, the keyboard itself is great. I used to play the piano and wanted to get back into it, so I purchased this keyboard on Prime day and I am so glad that I did. The sound quality is great and I love the feel of the keys. They are definitely sturdier than others that I have tried. Definitely recommend this product. ... show more

  • Great product, not so great delivery method
This is a full size electric keyboard with stand. While the product seems great as advertised (to be gifted to son in law) it was dropped off at the post office. My post office is 12 miles away. I am elderly and drive a mini car. The piano was too big for my car or the mail carriers vehicle so I was notified to pick it up at post office. I had to wait 3 days before I could get someone to pick it uo. The someone was my son in law, thus ruining the surprise. Also a while back when I ordered a 45 lb of dogfood, you sent it by mail carrier. The little old lady mail carrier had a time rolling it out of her car. Made me think twice about placing that order again. Thank You for your consideration on this matter. ... show more

  • Great for basics, but many of its helpful features are pretty obscure
The media could not be loaded. I like this product as a piano, given that it has the full 88-keys and a headphone jack for "silent" practice. However, if you are buying this for its additional features (e.g. metronome, songs/rhythms, something that electric pianos typically have), then I would suggest looking for a different product. Getting to those features requires pressing the "Demo" button followed by a piano key. The exact combinations of keys to press only exist in the manual (meaning that if you lose the manual, you essentially lose access to those features). I am guessing an LED UI or buttons to select different instruments/beats didn't make it into this product due to additional costs, but at that point, I think those features need to be removed entirely (for additional savings to the consumer). The keys have dynamics, which is good, but there is a distinct "plastic" sound when you let off of a key quickly after pressing it down all of the way. This may be an issue for you, especially if you are in the middle of some intense play. I haven't used the sustain pedal, cloth, or beginner tabs. The stand is decent though, and was relatively easy to put together (as soon as I figured out the correct orientation of the bars). All in all, I would recommend this to someone that wants to learn piano, but doesn't want to lug around a real piano. ... show more

  • Great product but the piano pedal came broken!
I love this piano and we are excited to have the kids learning to play. The only thing is that the pedal was broken.

  • I’m not a pro, but
I think it’s pretty good. I got this to help myself work on my voice placement when I’m not with my teacher, and so pitch is pretty important. The sound is really good. I have seen reviews that said it’s impossible to get sound out of it, but the keys are easy to play and the sound great. I’m not a pianist, so I’m not using this like a pianist would — but for what I needed, it’s great. ... show more

  • Great
A little delayed but perfect keyboard

  • Wanted piano, not drumset
Thinking of branching out into percussion instruments? This piano is the perfect place to get started. You'll find yourself slamming on the keys just to try and get a note to play, while still somehow being completely unable to add any inflection or variance to the tone of your piece. Was surprised my neighbour didn't come knocking to ask me if I would kindly stop firing a machine gun on full auto. The black keys are particularly stubborn and feel jammed or lodged in an odd way, like they're stuck on the inside. I've tried to fix it by raising the volume, to no avail; this seems to be a feature of the instrument's construction rather than an internal issue. When attempting to play quietly, the keys only produce sound when they decide they'll humour you, and when playing loudly, I was only able to naturally increase the volume by the tiniest margin before feeling like I was pedaling a bike up an 85 degree hill. The range of volume is incredibly poor, and raising it manually renders you unable to play softly, giving your piece that quality out-of-control flair that would surely cause your teacher to raise an eyebrow at you and shout "NO, NO, NO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING урод, ебат!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I would not recommend this product to any pianist. Not to beginners, not to hobbyists, and certainly not to semi-professional or professional players. I would, however, recommend it to bodybuilders and workout enthusiasts, since you'll be huffing and puffing from the effort after just a few reps of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, let alone Chopin or Rachmaninoff. ... show more
