For how much this thing is worth it’s a steal. I have had it for 3 years and this thing is still working great and smooth. The drag is great and strong for some reason it’s so strong it rivals some of my catfish rods but if you are fishing for bluegill then I guess you need all the stopping power you can get. Overall it’s built like a Toyota Tacoma it looks good and will run for ever if you do maintenance on it. It’s also easy to clean and work on. Very simple yet effective build.

Im giving it 4 stars because of the price. The screws rusted after my first use and that with be careful and washing it off afterwards. 2nd trip it started showing signs of freezing up. If you buy the name brand reels that are on the cheaper end they do the same thing. I'm far more happier with the price point of this reel even of its going to only last a few trips. The casting is smooth, the reeling so far is smooth, drag worked well and it has the feel of a sturdy reel. I wish it was a forever product, i had foolish hopes but if youre going on a vacation and are going to do some saltwater fishing and want to fight large fish this will do it without spending money on something that you may never use again. Too be honest you could get a couple of years out of it if its a once a year thing and you try to maintain it. I suspect if you don't treat it carefully, clean it, and oil it its a one hit wonder.

Not happy with this reel, 2nd time using and handle broke off. Unbelievable. The reel works great, but the handle design is flawed to have broken so quickly. And my time to return has expired.

I bought 5 Sougayilang XN7000 and 2 Sougayilang XN7000 gift from my son, there is problems with the LINE ROLLER wear deep very bad and I can't used the reels, I need replacement 7 LINE ROLLER for reels XN7000 but I can't find the parts. Is someone know how to get the LINE ROLLER , please help Thanks

The first thing to note is that this is roughly a $20 spin reel. That's wonderfully inexpensive. For that price you get a spinning reel that has smooth action, decent drag setting, and good power. I slapped it on a rod and spun it up with 20lb braid and usually run a texas rig on it. Works wonders for bringing in bass! I don't expect this to be a reel that blows everything out of the water, but it's lasted one spring and summer, with me going out at least 4 times a week. That alone is well worth its price!

Very good fishing reel nice drag and gears everything is smooth and strong in this reel, size is a little off but every brand is diffrent i would say go up in any size you want to get for example if you want a 3000 get a 4000 size, but overall good reel same as the big brand reels . Highly recommend !!
