Very happy with the finish product, but assembly was a huge chore! So many screws to screw with an little allen wrench they give you? Thank God I had a ratchet set handy! There's a learning curve in figuring out how to get each of the screws started, but do what they say in the instructions and don't tighen the screws until you have them all in. I mean, don't even hand tighten. Just get it started enough to know it's not cross threaded and move on to next one. Don't do as I say and you'll see what I mean. So once together it's a nice, sturdy product. Seats are lower than a standard couch with low chairbacks. Appropiate for casual outdoors entertaining, but I'm 6'2" so can't say I find them hugely comfortable, but I do have a living room where if I want to stretch out I can. Delivery was a day late and missing the fire pit, but it came the next day. It's bigger and heavier than the other boxes, so that might just be the reason for that. My prayer now is for its assembly being just a matter of attaching legs, securing burners and adding the rocks. Bought this set during Amazon Days and it was actually cheaper than the 12-piece set they had, so yea for us! 4 Stars only because I was up until 2am assembling (started late around 8pm), slightly late delivery, and not well-suited for tall people. We are very happy with the patio set. It's attractive and sturdy. A bit lower profile than I thought, but looks very clean and modern. I usually don't write reviews if the items has a decent return policy however this one doesn't and I took the gamble so far it been pleasant to assemble however like anything else in the world the last item I'm assembling the gas heater has a dent in the material particularly the G piece this long corridor piece. picture will be attached. so understand there that issue so far assembly has been easy its just time consuming if your 1 person. the back could be higher but that already in peoples reviews as well and I imagine the cushions not living long so I already looked into a more reliable replacement however I will give this a 3 out of 10 because the most important item has a unrepair dent in it. my review remains a 3 out of 5 as I finish up this last repair but I wouldn't recommend this product due to the absorbent shipping fee you have to pay for a damaged part your local furniture place might be able to offer a more reliable and better product as this product id imagine has much short lifespan when it comes to patio furniture ... show more

I hesitated for a long time when I chose this furniture set because I saw some bad reviews about rust and cushions. After receiving it, I felt that my choice was right. The sofa with fire pit table is beautiful, I bought a cover specifically to cover the fire pit table and when it rains I take the cushions indoors, so far this set looks like it will last a long time, I'm glad I bought this set, Great value! ... show more

I wouldn’t recommend this patio set to anyone. Shipping was terrible, took about a week to receive all boxes. All boxes came at different times. All boxes looked like they were destroyed in shipping. Took 2 men and 3 days to put together due to the fact that holes did not match up/ terrible cutting at the warehouses/ uneven legs/ missing bolts and screws. Almost every single item had something wrong with it. My handy boyfriend made a brace to give more support. The cushions are NOT water resistant, completely soaked for a week after a light rain. Color is already wearing on them as well. Fire table is showing early signs of Rust, only have had it a couple of weeks. Used it about 2 times so far. Fire table no longer starts on its own. We have to use a lighter to ignite the table. Just sad to see such a beautiful table gone too crap. Contacting customer service and the seller really got no where. Only got a response once a day, resolution I was looking for never happened. Just hoping to save the next person from buying this set! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall, the set was fairly easy to put together. I think the most difficult part was the fire pit portion that might require two people, but everything else I did on my own. The way I had to set up in the photo and videos would’ve probably require a space of 14 to 7 feet to fit comfortably. that said there are endless ways to set this up. You can make one long couch with three armless sections in the middle. does that comes with little clamps that you would clamp on the bottom to secure each individual piece together. The fire pit lit up very quickly, and I appreciate them, including two bags of decorative stones to hide the burner. Every pad including back pads have a zipper so they are machine washable very important for me with a little kid.! I can’t wait to get these Altura cabin, and I might even keep them at our home because of how nice they are. I hope this review and photos were helpful. ... show more

Turned out nicely. Maybe two or three of the threaded holes (out of the entire set) were not threaded properly and thus nothing could be screwed in. The structure was build sturdy enough that I don't think these parts will effect any weight support or design.
