We purchased this car as a Christmas gift for our daughter and recently started using it with the nice weather. After just one use, the car malfunctioned—despite my daughter's foot being completely off the pedal, the car continued accelerating uncontrollably. It crashed into our garage wall and even began climbing it, with our daughter still inside. It was a terrifying experience, and the car nearly flipped over before my husband was able to pull her out. As a result, there has been property damage, including visible tire marks and impact damage to our garage wall. I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement part, which we installed in hopes of resolving the issue. Unfortunately, the exact same malfunction occurred again. At that point, I expressed that it was far too dangerous to continue attempting repairs. The seller agreed to a return and provided a return label, but it did not include postage. The shipping cost is $250, which we were expected to cover. They still want me to change out a pedal which I refuse to do because I am not putting my daughter in the car to have it not stop AGAIN.

This looks awesome and worked awesome for 1 hour in total, then the steering control stopped working and could not be safely driven with my 5 year old in there. I've filed a return and received my shipping label showing I need to pay to ship it back. Item received on the December 19th and I filed for return on December 29th with 1 hour of use on a $550 toy. This company needs to either pay for shipping giving a full refund, replace the unit, or both. Terrible business model. Don't get duped like I was.
