Excellent bang for the buck! I picked this up to help with my video and photo editing. The controls feel very good; the software is very good, better and more stable than some more expensive options. Because of the price, there are some compromises: the knobs have no label (such as a touch screen next to them). The non-labelled keys at the bottom left can be customized, but again there's no label or lights to indicate status or anything. Those are reasonable compromises for the price of the keyboard. I really liked having a larger knob, plus the smaller ones. I set it up to be able to jog back and forth in my timeline for my video editor. After a day or two, I realized that my needs were bigger than this keyboard, so I returned it, but NOT because of quality or performance; it was just understanding what it could and could not do. If they had a similar keyboard retaining the large knob, but having labels and a few more keys, I'd have probably jumped that way. Don't let the fact that it's a lesser-known name fool you. This is a good product.

I love this stream controller. It functions almost exactly like the flagship models. I liked the layout of this one, as I mainly use it as a media controller. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking for easy control of their computer. It has all the features that you would expect and more, and the app is built just like Elgato's software. So much so that plugins from the Elgato store work (to do this you have to download the Elgato software, install the plugin into the software, then navigate to the Appdata and copy the plugin from the Elgato app to the Stream Controller app.) I had to do this to get a button that turns on/off my speakers through SmartThings! The possibilities are virtually endless. Support for multiple scenes, pages, and folders is built-in as well, so there are many options to choose from. Now, I gave it four stars for one reason: the included USB 2.0 cable is not fast enough for the device, as I had issues with it crashing and not working. Suspecting that the cable was the culprit, I purchased a USB-C to USB-A cable rated for USB 3.1 10Gbps from Amazon and I have had no issues since. If you run into the same issue as me, purchase a better cable.

I wanted to like this. When it works, it’s probably the coolest piece of tech I own. Setup took a few hours because I went all in with multiple pages, macros, hotkeys, and streaming controls. My first night using it was about 90% successful. Most functions worked great. A couple integrations like my Nanoleaf panels and Roku TV didn’t respond, but that wasn’t a big deal. The hardware is genuinely awesome. The knobs are easily my favorite feature and something I use way more than I expected. For context, I’ve never used the more well-known brand, so this is my first experience with a device like this. The issue is reliability. Every time my PC boots or wakes from sleep, it’s a gamble whether this thing will actually work. The software loads in the background, but the controller doesn’t respond. I’ve waited several minutes, tried reopening the software, and it usually just hangs in a “not responding” state. I end up killing it in Task Manager and starting over. Today was the breaking point. I went to start a stream, pressed a button that looked active, and nothing happened. The software wouldn’t open, and Task Manager showed multiple frozen instances running. That’s not something I can work around. A device like this needs to be reliable every time. So here’s where I land. When it works, it’s incredible. When it doesn’t, it’s useless. I’m giving it 3 stars for now because the hardware is great, but the software is holding it back. I’ll give it another day or so, but if this keeps happening, it’s getting returned.

This is the best thing I’ve ever bought. It’s easy to set up and has a lot of plug-ins on their website for extra customization. Looks very sleek and modern. The build quality isn’t luxury but feels nice and works perfectly with it. Really cool item.
