UPDATE: I have more information regarding the review I posted. Thankfully, the seller reached out to me and offered a very generous solution to my software concerns. I am awaiting the offer, but wanted to make certain I updated everyone on what a great seller this is. As stated in my OP, I made it clear that I loved my new camera, and the other accessories are fantastic. I still stand by those statements and believe the content creator kit is well worth the price. Having a responsive seller willing to ensure their customers happiness (as stated in their message to me) makes this purchase even better! Changing this from a 4 to a 5 rating and saying I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! _______________________________________________________________________________________________ OP: It was time to upgrade to a better-quality camera since I am taking my content creation more seriously. Naturally, I came to Amazon and went through many reviews before I decided to make the leap and purchase this camera package. When it arrived, I was confused as the software was not included. I called the shipping company (as I live in Belize), and they said they did not have it. The following day, I checked my email, and buried within was an email from Amazon with the seller's instructions on how to download the software. It took me a few weeks, as I was still focusing on learning about the new camera and its many features. When I went to the email and logged into the website that has the links to the software, 6 out of the 7 links force you to contact customer support to get the codes needed (see my attached screenshot). The only software that works is (SURPRISE SURPRISE) Microsoft Office Premier. I contacted the support team as instructed on the original PDF and have not received a response in 2 weeks. I sent a message to the seller to let them know that the PDF they sent to access the software is USELESS!! Check my Amazon (Yelp & Trip Advisor) page, and you will know I don't only leave negative reviews. If a product is good, I let you know. I will say that this entire package is GREAT. I am still learning all the camera features, but to be honest, you don't need to do all of that. As I said, I am creating content, so I want to learn everything about my new camera. One final negative is that the additional SD card did not fit the camera, so I had to purchase a new one from Amazon. The one that comes with the camera only gives you an hour of memory. Outside of that, I believe this is a great deal. I love all the extras! The little tripod is the cutest and handiest thing ever. Awesome bundle for the price but I as others I never received the software. I’ve been checking my email periodically but nothing so far. There was also an extra bag with cleaning cloths, a spray bottle, screen protectors (you have to cut to size), and an SD card holder. Again great bundle and great camera but no software is a bummer ... show more

Very disappointed with this product. This is a significant expense and I received the camera and some equipment but did not receive any of the software that was part of the bundle. Messaged the seller but have not heard back. For the camera, I charged the battery and it almost completely drained in the short time it took me to set it up. I plan to leave it plugged in while recording but without the software does not make sense to even pursue videos on it. I will likely return if this is not resolved quickly ... show more

I got this camera for Christmas and it’s now been 3 months and I still love it. This kit is great it was just missing a extra battery and battery charger. Other than that it is great, it’s a mirroring camera and Bluetooth! I edit on my phone and just Bluetooth the videos.
