I have had this TV now for 2 months and it's been excellent, pretty much everything I was hoping it to be. The picture quality is great and the speakers are very respectable but it can still benefit greatly from a soundbar or home theater setup. I'm very happy with this purchase overall, especially now that it's all setup but I will say getting it setup was a bit of a pain because it has tons of setting options to play around with that can feel a bit overwhelming. Initially I was feeling disappointed with the brightness until I realize how to fix that setting by turning off the ambient mode so just be aware the setting might take bit to get through but once past that the TV performs like a gem. ... show more

This could be a really nice tv but Google has ruined it. There is a Google layer of extremely complex and difficult technology between the tv’s operating system and the user. All that Google technology turns a normal 15 minute set up into more than 6 hours. If the buyer is a Google engineer it might be less difficult but for the average user it’s a nightmare. I’ll give two stars because the picture quality is excellent. My recommendation is bypass that Google headache and go get a FireStick or Roku, plug in to an HDMI and in 15 minutes you have a great tv with an easy set-up. ... show more

Seller was great and the product so far is fine. I'm still adjusting to the change in navigation, but voice control with remote is impressive. One thing I DEFINITELY don't like is the fact that the mounting holes for this TV are not centered in the back like all other TVs I've owned. They are located very low on the back. This required me to move my TV mount in order to have the TV fit into the niche in my family room. The TV was too high to fit even when mounting the TV on the lowest possible point on the hanging brackets. Because of the placement of the electrical and network outlets, I had to move the mount very low in the niche and you cannot put the TV too high on the hanging brackets or else they stick out the bottom and are visible. ... show more

Bought the tv with bracket bundle, received only tv and no other items with bundle until I reached out. By the time they shipped the bracket, I have already bought the bracket and mounted the tv.
