    • DOES NOT PAIR WITH AMAZON ALEXA PRODUCTS FOR MUSIC OR IN GROUPS
I bought this speaker to specifically add as an additional speaker to my 3 other Amazon Alexa Devices that are all grouped to play music at the same time. The 2 main things I wanted to do with it is NOT compatible. (1) I wanted to add the Sony speaker to my GROUP in my Amazon Alexa App. Sony has you set it up in their app first. It shows up in the Amazon Alexa App, but can not be found to pair it in a GROUP. You can talk to Alexa through the Sony Speaker and she works well with commands, but you are unable to hear the same music playing from any other Amazon Alexa product in your house. I unpaired the speaker from the Sony app and tried to add it solely through the Amazon Alexa app and it won't let you find this device through bluetooth to pair. If it would allow you to find it through the Amazon Alexa app, this should have worked & everything would pair correctly. Unfortunately this feature is not compatible or supported. (2) I stream my music through Apple Music on my Amazon Alexa devices. The Sony Speaker will only let you stream through Amazon Music per the Sony App connection. If you only stream through Amazon music, this is the product for you! It will let me hook up my phone on bluetooth to stream my Apple Music from my iPhone separately. However, I would prefer this speaker played it all at once like my Amazon Devices do indoors. This Sony Speaker is a great product, sounds amazing, and the light features on the Sony Speakers are also bright, fun and work well to give it an added bonus. Talking to Alexa to complete other tasks such as turning lights on and off works well too. I just don't want others fooled into thinking it will be an additional speaker to your indoor Amazon Devices, especially if you stream Apple Music. The bluetooth works well, but I gave the bluetooth a 1 star rating because it is not compatible as a bluetooth speaker in the Amazon Alexa App to pair with your Amazon Alexa devices. I really hope Sony and Amazon see this review, if they fix this compatibility issue this product would be amazing! ... show more

    • Sound Quality is bad
Pretty easy to set up, the sound quality isn’t that great though which is important especially for the price. Sounds muffled.
