  • It okay
Not a good quality compare to the white head phone I had before

  • Sweet spot between value and quality
I don't have a lot of experience with bluetooth headphones. I can't tell you how these compare to Beats, or Bose, etc. I can say they serve their purpose quite well at a good price point. Sound quality is good. Pretty much on par with Sony's standard wired headphones with the rubber ear inserts. You will occasionally get skipping or lag, seems to depend on if the phone is between something solid and the headphones. Mostly it is a good connection though. Most of its time is spent paired with a Samsung S8, for reference. The ear pieces fit well, at least in my ears, and are light and small profile, again about what the wired ones are. Wearing them as designed, with the wire around your neck, didn't work well for me. Found it getting caught on my neck and trying to pull out of one ear or another. I just let it hang under my chin, and loop the right earpiece over my ear, to prevent them from falling just in case they get pulled out. Not ideal for exercise, but just fine for TV watching and use at work, which is what I bought it for. Battery life is pretty good, but could be better. I can't quite get through a full eight hour shift and half lunch before they shut off. Life is advertised at 8 hours, but is probably closer to 7 or 7 1/2. Would be nice to get a few more hours out of them, but more then good enough at the price point. The main reason I decided to write the review, is that after throwing my work pants in the washer today, I realized I never took the headphones out of the pocket. I figured they were toast. Nope. Dried them out and they work just fine. Not too bad for a lower priced wireless headphone. For general use, phone calls, listening to streaming music at work, watching TV while others are sleeping, they are a great value and I highly recommend them. No frills like wireless charging docks, they won't signal your status as a tech trendsetter, but they will work without breaking the bank. ... show more

  • broken after a few months of normal use
this is the third pair of these i've owned and each of them inevitably frays either where the battery meets the wire, and then the left earbud will stop working. it always happens within just a few months of normal use. not the end of the world since they're so cheap, so you still get a bit of value out of them, but i'll go with something else next time just because of the annoyance of replacing them so often oh and the battery life is only 8 hours. i don't understand why anyone is even still making bluetooth earbuds with such a short battery life. even the wi-c400 lasts 20 hours ... show more

  • Meh...
These earbuds aren't horrible for the money. (I paid $20.) The sound quality is okay. They're not really suitable for listening to music. There is nothing in the low end, so you get no bass and very little low midrange. Probably the most frustrating aspect of this gear is the short length of the wire connecting the earbuds to one another. Because it is so short, one side or the other is constantly being pulled out of my ear. I wouldn't purchase these again, mostly for that reason. ... show more

  • Wonderful sound quality
Headphones have multiple ear buds (S-M-L) and should fit most ears. Sound quality is great. Volume control easy to access. Love the bluetooth convenience of not having a cord in the way while exercising in the gym. Only reason it doesn't get a 5-star from me is that the only noise cancellation is to turn up the sound (but then again it's not advertised to have noise cancelling application) and on outside walks/runs they tend to whistle with any appreciable breeze/wind conditions. I've tried changing the size of the ear buds/cups with no apparent success. Nevertheless, I recommend them for the sound quality and wireless connectivity to my phone. ... show more

  • Outstanding Sound and In Ear Comfort
These sound more clear than the Apple iPhone 8 headphones. Th have deeper, cleaner bass, much more vocal clarity and cleaner highs. Worth every penny. Also, they are super comfortable in my ears, which is great. The only downside in the skip and replay controls. You have to hold the + or - button that is used for volume for 2 seconds to skip the track. This is a pain if you want to skip a lot of tracks. The Apple wait to skip, which is 3 clicks to going back and 2 clicks of the play/pause button is a better implementation. But most third party headphones operate the same way as these Sony do. I tried several competitors before these and in my opinion these are the winners for sound quality and comfort in my ears. Good job Sony! ... show more

  • They’re pretty good... so far.
This is basically Sony’s average pair of earbuds, but in the Bluetooth form. This means that in general, they’re pretty good. They sound fine, and will work great for the casual listener. If you’re looking for deep base, crisp highs, and great mids, etc., why are you only willing to spend $50?! Seriously, audiophiles get too caught up in what could be. Who isn’t listening to these via compressed files, on a phone or whichever? What do you expect? They aren’t awkward to wear, aren’t heavy, and fit in the ear well. Most of the reviews are for people who received it free. I actually bought them. If they don’t last/aren’t durable, I’ll update my review. For now, I’d recommend, and think they’re worth it. I researched a lot. Too much. Finally bit the bullet in these, and have been happy. ... show more
