In the market for these but even on sale, it was pricy so i reluctantly choose the refurb ones. Glad i did. It came with its nice case, closed, as in image, less a plastic bag around it. As far as i can tell, it came will everything as it would new. No signs of use or scratches. Wearing them, i found them better then expected. After using it for a minute or 2, you don’t even realize they are there. Very comfortable and light weight without feeling too cheap. As the headphones themselves, they work and fell great. Sound quality is excellent. Not muffled, scratchy or poor quality sound. Voices are very clear and not muddy like other brands make them. Noise cancellation is great but not perfect. If you have no sound playing, you can still hear things around you. It would just be muffled at best. However these headphones really shine when you play music or sound. That will completely cancel out everything. Only gripe i may have is connectivity. If you have this paired to just one device, then no problem. However if you need it for may devices, it can be a issue like in my case. You need the app to switch between devices and it pairs to the last device it was paired with, for me its usually my phone. This gets annoying as i have to pair and unpair devices on the app. I use it on several PC devices so i need to switch frequently and its not seamless. However it just adds a minute or 2 before i can use the headphones so its not a deal breaker. Will be giving more renewed products a chance now. ... show more

So far they work great. A few minor hiccups. Connects quickly and great sound, bass and comfort. Some may like it, I dont, they turn themselves off quickly if not worn or used. I know it saves battery life but it can be a pain in the butt and a little annoying. Occasionally they will switch from sound canceling to ambient and that can be a little annoying also. Other than that, I would recommend them. I'll post updates if anything changes ... show more

Bought these for my early 30s son and he absolutely loves them. To the point the noise canceling is so efficient that he works out to his music at the gym with absolutely no self-awareness! 😂 One of these days I need to get a video of him on the treadmill because that alone would send this review viral!
