    • Refurbished Sony headphones are a great deal!
The "refurbished" model at a significantly lower price appeared to be new in the original packaging. The headphones were pristine and in perfect working order. I had a pair of WH-1000XM5's that broke at the stem so I wanted to upgrade. The newer model are a real improvement in noise cancellation and sturdiness. I like that they fold for smaller carry in the case for travel. The company delivered quickly as promised. Great store! ... show more

    • Great product and worth it

In the market for these but even on sale, it was pricy so i reluctantly choose the refurb ones. Glad i did. It came with its nice case, closed, as in image, less a plastic bag around it. As far as i can tell, it came will everything as it would new. No signs of use or scratches. Wearing them, i found them better then expected. After using it for a minute or 2, you don’t even realize they are there. Very comfortable and light weight without feeling too cheap. As the headphones themselves, they work and fell great. Sound quality is excellent. Not muffled, scratchy or poor quality sound. Voices are very clear and not muddy like other brands make them. Noise cancellation is great but not perfect. If you have no sound playing, you can still hear things around you. It would just be muffled at best. However these headphones really shine when you play music or sound. That will completely cancel out everything. Only gripe i may have is connectivity. If you have this paired to just one device, then no problem. However if you need it for may devices, it can be a issue like in my case. You need the app to switch between devices and it pairs to the last device it was paired with, for me its usually my phone. This gets annoying as i have to pair and unpair devices on the app. I use it on several PC devices so i need to switch frequently and its not seamless. However it just adds a minute or 2 before i can use the headphones so its not a deal breaker. Will be giving more renewed products a chance now. ... show more

    • Quality protection and sound
Comfortable protective and great sound. I use these when I am flying to protect my ears and listen to entertainment. The active noise cancelling is easy to use. I am also impressed with the sound quality and how comfortable they are even on long flights.

    • Great all around except thin pads
Great sound, great functionality, lightweight, I like high clamping force, great battery life. The pads leave little room for ears in terms of depth, which can definitely cause some pain. I replaced them with xl WC pads and that made wearing them not painful after long periods of time.

    • spamming touch controls - don't buy XM5 AND XM6
I can't recommend these. They stopped working after a week. They started spamming touch controls and the buttons stopped responding which is the exact same thing the XM5 did. I can't recommend anything from the XM headphone line because they all have the same issue. I should've known that if I got them refurbished that they'd have the same issue as the XM5. Took the brand new XM5 less than a year to get the issue and less than a week for the refurbished XM6. You have been warned ... show more

    • The flaw no one talks about
Very great quality product mere by only one major flaw, the matte finish!. It picks up finger oil easily, so much that it looks super old just under a day's handling from all the oil stains until you wipe down. You basically need to wipe down almost every time you touch it, so annoying
