(A review after 2 months of using) This product came in great condition, packaging was good and no visible tears or damage to outside. I currently use these to go to the gym (although Sony says it is technically not water resistant), they work great. Noise cancellation is wonderful, and works even without having to turn on the headphones. they're very comfortable and pretty light, although when I lay down on the bench to do exercises (like bench press), it falls off. (not sure if its because my head shape, sweat etc.) but I just don't wear them on those days. I wear these when running because AirPods do not stay put in my ears; there is a little bit of pressure when I run, but I ignore it after a while. Battery life is very good for one charge and sound quality is good. overall, this is a great product for being refurbished; although I don't think I would pay full price for it if it was new. ... show more

I would suggest these to anyone looking for long battery life, engulfing noise cancellation and comfort for long time wear. Bought a couple years ago and they still work amazingly; the noise canceling is really good, even if they’re not on the seal they create around your ears is enough. The sound quality is very clear and you can change to ambient, NC, and regular. Bc they’re matte they will get grease stains easily from your hands and face but it’s easily cleanable with a wet rag with soap ... show more

This was my first ever pair of headphones I got and I have to say, everything about them is awesome. The quality is great, sound is amazing, and sooooooo noise cancelling. I love that you can also change the song and stop it when you need to. Connects instantly as well.

Lovely colour, arrived early and does not look pre-loved. However, I only gave it a 4star because I have to unpair and pair with the tv every so often. I don't know if this is due to the tv or the headphones. I bought a new one when the model first came out; I loved that pair so much that I had to get this as a spare for watching tv. The first set paired with the tv as soon as I turned the tv on and never disconnected. That was an older tv that I no longer have though. Other than occasional unpairing with the tv, it still performs as well as the new headphones - excellent noise-cancelling, comfortable ear cushions, long-lasting battery, clear sound (although have to turn up volume a bit) and lovely looks. i waited a very long time to make this review because i wanted to see how these headphones would hold up. after using them for 7 months, i can say that these headphones are AMAZING. first off, they are extremely easy to use and connect to your device, and they have a long battery life! there are only two buttons, so it’s easy to use. additionally, they are extremely easy to take with you on the go! i brought these to europe and they were extremely easy to take in and out of my bag during my flights and during my bus rides. additionally, these headphones are AMAZING at canceling out sound. the noise canceling mode is simply unmatched. the fit of the headphones is the only possible con, as i remember the first times i would wear them they did squeeze a little tightly around my head. however, this uncomfortable feeling DID end up going away and i feel these headphones fit extremely comfortably now. Great quality, noise cancelling, like half the price getting it refurbished. No complaints at all other than not being able to use it while charging. I got these over the 5’s because the 5’s looked super flimsy. These can go to war with you and be fine. 10/10
