Don’t trust Amazon renewed items. There is no quality control. Just ordered this got it, it doesn’t connect to the PlayStation 5. Power button doesn’t work at all, like really. Don’t you need to, I don’t know, check it. I am getting another as a replacement so I will update the review if I get another dud or one that actually works. Also Support was bad, I don’t think he/she spoke English. They literally sent part of there script by accident. This is the lowest I’ve ever delt with Amazon.

Very disappointing experience. This is the second time I’ve had to request a return — two in a row with problems. The first one had a loose part rattling inside and wouldn’t charge. The replacement’s left button sticks and pulls to the left. I just realized this was refurbished, which explains a lot. Definitely not worth the hassle — just buy new.
