Came on time. looked to be well packaged. Absolute garbage. don't do it. I basically got a big black paperweight. Does not work. does not turn on. came with all the right Connections. And yet, it's trash like hundreds of dollars worth of trash. Don't do it. It's a scam.

Item came as described in very nice physical condition. Package included the controller, charging cable, HDMI cable, and power cord. Unfortunately, the power cord did not work and the system would not power up using it. So instead I used a cord I already had and the system booted up normally. Software was reset to factory so set up was easy and smooth. System works perfectly as of the day I had to use it. All components and software have presented zero issues so far.

I'll be honest, I bought this product before reading the more recent reviews, most of which complain about the controller. I didn't expect much and I thought I would get a crappy unclean refurbished ps4 Pro, but I can gladly say I was wrong. Attached are photos of the packaging (there was another piece of paper in the console picture but my dog already had it) of the console and accessories. Controller looked great, it's better than the pre-owned controllers I have bought from gamestop, clean with good thumb pads and doesn't have any button or stick drift issues; also came with the Playstation cables which is good. I removed the top cover to see if the heat sink had been cleaned and as you can see it has. Fired it up, connects to wifi and ethernet, downloads games, runs discs and is reasonably quiet unless it's heavily loaded but I expected this. It's the CUH-7015B which I believe is the launch model. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who wants to buy a ps4 pro. If anything happens I will update.

PS4 Pro ( Refurbished) arrived on time as stated. Product was packaged appropriately with bubble wrap. Console was immaculating clean. Controller,was not an official product,but was a brand new aftermarket. However,that was not an issue for me. Console ran and performed beautifully. Could be anymore pleased, would deal with again 👍

I had considered getting another PS4 to go along with my standard, 1 TB one, because my library of games was maxing out the space on its internal console hard drive. After research the PS4 Pro became the choice for me, as I didn't see the logic on spending money on the PS5, when I knew I'd have fewer games on it. I'm an aging gamer with a penchant for nostalgia and the newer games developers are coming up with are getting harder and harder to play. I prefer simpler ones, and I haven't even played some of the existing games I do have. Some are challenging enough to keep me amused for hours. It was a gamble for me to buy a PS4 Pro, as most are used and I went with a refurbished one from Amazon. I took a risk, and it paid off. I was pleasantly surprised.

PS4 Pro itself is in great condition, but the controller that was sent with it will not take a charge. As I try to charge it, it gives me a "?" As it it doesn't recognize it once it hits 1 bar worth of battery. Tried to contact seller and have gotten no response.
