Came clean, no dust, with protective film already on — just a damage on the front film and under it. Works fine, but after buying it I realized many new games aren’t supported on PS4, so I’m going with PS5 instead.

I would not recommend getting this. Since it’s not new. You will have problems with it. That will force to get a ps5 like I will be getting after this. It feezes constantly. Internet, updating it freezes. I’m sure that whoever owned this first knew this and just sold it. I wish that they still made ps4s but anyway do not get this ... show more

Item came as described in very nice physical condition. Package included the controller, charging cable, HDMI cable, and power cord. Unfortunately, the power cord did not work and the system would not power up using it. So instead I used a cord I already had and the system booted up normally. Software was reset to factory so set up was easy and smooth. System works perfectly as of the day I had to use it. All components and software have presented zero issues so far. ... show more
