I'll be honest, I bought this product before reading the more recent reviews, most of which complain about the controller. I didn't expect much and I thought I would get a crappy unclean refurbished ps4 Pro, but I can gladly say I was wrong. Attached are photos of the packaging (there was another piece of paper in the console picture but my dog already had it) of the console and accessories. Controller looked great, it's better than the pre-owned controllers I have bought from gamestop, clean with good thumb pads and doesn't have any button or stick drift issues; also came with the Playstation cables which is good. I removed the top cover to see if the heat sink had been cleaned and as you can see it has. Fired it up, connects to wifi and ethernet, downloads games, runs discs and is reasonably quiet unless it's heavily loaded but I expected this. It's the CUH-7015B which I believe is the launch model. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who wants to buy a ps4 pro. If anything happens I will update. ... show more

    • REFURBISHED PS4
It’s ok , I know it’s a refurb. But the only thing I don’t like is the air vent on one side is crunched. Oh and I can only play games when it’s in the vertical position. If I lay it flat it says the cd is not recognizable. Other than that it’s just ok.

I have not had any issues with the console itself, but I do get a message that the controller is not an official controller every so often. It looks new and just like the one I bought from the store. Other than that it all works just fine.

First I will address the pachyderm in the room. This is a renewed PS4 Pro console system. Some people see Renewed in the description and they run to the hills screaming their heads off. In Truth AMAZON's trusted rehab people do a pretty good job taking what was new and making like new again. If you are a fussy person who inspects every inch for scratches you must buy a new PS4 Pro or other console. These renewed consoles have imperfections that are often visible. I am not talking dents and serious issues but scuffs and scrapes they have. Me my house is not perfect so these imperfect consoles that work like new are great for my uses. I just want to play my games without issue and on that these renewed consoles deliver exceedingly well. I've brought a rehabed PS4 Pro, a rehabed XBox One and XBox 360 no issues after 100's of hours of game play. These consoles are winners at an affordable price. ... show more

    • Console looks great but controller is broken
The console is the latest model the 7216, it has a few scuffs but works perfectly. It came with a red controller that is defective and no cord for the controller. I'm not real happy about having to dish out more money for a new controller

I had my doubts but ordered it anyway and I was surprised! Ps4 pro and it was like a new one. All cords and controller in great condition as well. Would definitely order from here again. And recieved it early. Thanks!
