Horrible, got two different controllers. One ticked like a clock once I turned it on, then any vibration haptic could wake up someone in a different room. The second controller I got just has stick drift on the left analog stick. Just plugged both in, literally no usage, and both have glaring issues. I would advise the seller to invoke a quality inspection for each and every product sent out. All i did with these controllers was plug them in and start the PlayStation, the problems immediately showed. It’s not hard. Fix it or stop selling refurbished controllers. ... show more

The controller arrived in great condition and looked almost new. He says it’s very comfortable to hold, and all the buttons, thumbsticks, and triggers feel responsive. I will be honest, the controller does have a scuff. In the touchpad, but overall, the controller's condition is really good. Mechanically, which you'd expect from a controller being refurbished and especially ones like these. But the case is also in immaculate condition. The actual usable, like attachments, are fully intact and are an immaculate condition. And it doesn't smell bad at all. It actually smells factory fresh on the inside of the case. The controller also doesn't seem to be dirty once soever and doesn't smell like anything and overall ult go to controller I would recommend to buy if you aren't worried about aesthetics, which, if you're buying this controller, you're not worried about the aesthetics.You're mostly worrying about how it works, of which, yes, it works very well ... show more

    • “Renewed” controller arrived in good condition, but broken (stick drift, no rumble)

I purchased the PS5 DualSense RENEWED controller and received it fast! It was in great condition - it looked almost new, just minor and I mean minor scratches/scuffs. Plugged it into my computer and booted up a game that uses the full suite of bonuses the controller offers - haptic feedback, trigger effects, etc. however very quickly I realized the vibration wasn’t responding. Then the character would just run to the left every so often. After checking the controllers sticks in the steam controller config I found out that any pressure on the left stick would trigger it to input a hard left movement - which I think is stick drift. So what I want to emphasize is that the packaging renewed controllers ship in is just a really thick bubble wrap in a box. The controller sits inside that bubble wrap and I believe that the sticks get pressed in a direction for the duration of the shipment and it may affect them. But that’s just food for thought. Brought my controller to a Whole Foods nearby an d began the return, waiting for it to process so I can purchase a brand new one and finally enjoy the DualSense bonuses in my games. 2 stars because the controller itself was in great physical condition and the return was simple (so far) I would, however, recommend paying the extra few bucks and buying a new controller if your impatient like myself and want to game :) ... show more
