First off the body is small and compact for what it is, it's not really a pocket-sized camera but it's much smaller than your average DSLR, I probably use this thing for about 4 hours a day on average, I get high quality video and high quality photos and the quality of the camera itself is just top notch, the sound quality from the built-in microphone is decent enough but I wouldn't use that unless it was the only option, I'm not sure I can say it's a good value for the money cuz darn it a nice looking camera shouldn't have to cost this much but when you look at the price of some other cameras it's definitely a good value for the money, now when it comes the battery life I would say it's average, I wish it were a little better but most of the time I leave it plugged in so what charges the battery as I'm using it, I did the same thing with my last camera for years and it never seemed to kill the battery so hey I'm doing it with this one too so battery life is good if you're doing that, the camera works great and takes excellent video and photos so I would say it functions very well, I'm very happy with it, I would buy another one if I needed a second camera. But I've had this for about a year now and like I said I use it for about 4 hours a day as a webcam, sometimes as a regular camera and fan of it, I usually use it in 4k in my room gets pretty warm, it's off and around 80° in my room and I can remember once or twice it shut off from overheating so it doesn't really seem to have major overheating problems but if you think about it if you run it in 4k for hours and hours and hours and it only overheats occasionally in an 80° room that's not too bad so yeah, great camera

Great camera. Do some research and you can get some nice quality photos and videos. I use it for mostly live streaming and it’s a game changer from my El Gato MK2. Easy to set up, autofocus is the best part. Need good lighting though. But that’s a given. Purchased another lens for it to help with lighting.

I purchased the Sony ZV-E10 II just two weeks ago. While the image quality and features are impressive for content creation, I am very concerned about the build quality of the USB-C port. From day one, the port felt 'wobbly.' Even with the original Sony cable, there is a significant physical play (loose connection). Initially, I thought it was a software glitch because my Mac wouldn't recognize the camera, but it turned out to be a combination of a software conflict (with the smartphone connection) and this unstable physical port. Even when it's working, the connection is fragile. If I slightly touch the cable, the Mac loses the connection. For a camera designed for vloggers and streamers who rely on this port for charging and data transfer, this is a serious reliability risk. **Unacceptable Support:** The seller is refusing to honor the return because I no longer have the original packaging. This is a clear violation of consumer rights: **a retailer cannot deny a return for a defective product just because the box is missing.** Redirecting me to Sony for a hardware failure that existed from day one is a poor attempt to avoid responsibility for a faulty unit. **Pros:** Excellent autofocus and compact design. **Cons:** Flimsy USB-C port construction; inconsistent connection with Mac out of the box; unprofessional return policy. **Advice to others:** Check your USB port immediately after purchase. If it feels loose, return it instantly and keep every scrap of packaging, as this seller will use any excuse to deny your legal right to a refund for a defective item.

Great overall features, modern hardware is required to view and edit high resolution media. For the price no other camera is comparable, and I've gotten many comments on how true the picture quality and skin colors are. Would recommend for amateurs who dont want to spend more than $1100. Wish they made this camera in full size sensor.

I’m in love with this camera! The Sony ZV-E10 II delivers everything I need for content creation without breaking the bank. It’s affordable, yet the color science is outstanding—skin tones look natural, and everything I shoot has a cinematic pop straight out of camera. I only use it for content creation, and it’s been flawless so far. The autofocus is fast and reliable, even when I move around, and the image quality is top-tier for an APS-C camera at this price. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it—it just works beautifully every time I hit record. If you’re a YouTuber, vlogger, or solo creator, this is one of the best investments you can make.
