The Sony a7iii is a beast, I upgraded from the Sony a7 and I am in love with the fps and the advanced af. This camera will do anything you need (photo or video) at a incredibly high level. So I’ve received the order and I’ve had to keep the package closed in my room for a little less than a week since life gets in the way, but today I open my order up and all items are in the box. But the box that is to contain the actually camera is empty, there is no camera. Just some odd pieces I have no idea what they are for, what do I do about this, this is completely uncool and unacceptable for the amount paid for this item ... show more

I bought this a7iii bundle a few weeks ago, and the picture quality is very satisfying. However, I found 2 stuck pixels on the sensor a few days ago. So, I requested a "REPLACEMENT" thru amazon. Although I indeed made that replacement request, the amazon changed it to a return automatically. At that time, I was hoping that I don't need to send back the WHOLE BUNDLE that I've already unpacked and send back ONLY the camera body for a replacement. That's just not gona work for thrid party seller on amazon. Ironically, after I backed up the whole bundle and reset the camera setting before the return, those two stuck pixels simply disappeared. Now I want to cancel the return and find that there is no such option either on amazon. ????????????? ... show more
