The only good and high-quality thing is the camera, obviously. The tripod feels like it's made of paper, the accessories are cheap and low-quality, the included light is terrible, and the bag is flimsy. The microphone is super cheap, just like the lenses that don't even fit this camera. They try to fill the box with useless items to make it seem like you're getting a lot, as if buying the kit is worth it because of all the extras, but it's not. You're better off just buying the camera. Very disappointed with the accessories. ... show more

I wanted to buy the Sony A7 III as a gift for my son, an aspiring videographer. The Sony camera we received was brand new and perfect. However, while this package seems like a great deal, it is not. Most of the additional items were extremely cheap and useless. The tripod was broken on arrival and the company gave my son the runaround about not having the right order ID number (which he provided from the receipt), so they would not replace it. The microphone would not work, and the mini tripod fell apart in my son’s hands the first time he used it. Since I wanted my son to have these things as part of his gift, I ended up buying him a new quality microphone and tripod. If you want a professional/quality product like a Sony camera, you are better off buying it separately and accumulating the accessories as you need them. These package deals from companies with poor service end up costing you. I want to add that I love posting positive reviews and very rarely do I post negative ones, but every now and then you have a really bad experience and owe it to other consumers to let them know before they buy.
