I’ve purchased a LOT of Sonos. I’ve installed them in 6 restaurants to the tune of around $25,000. Over the last year, the systems have become very unreliable. Speakers stop playing in some areas randomly, and fail to reconnect to the system. Customer support is horrible. I’ve spent hours and hours of waisted time on the phone being told, as a professional installer, to check the Ethernet cable connection. They offer no real solution and ultimately say to replace the router… that was provided by the cable company. Even when I connected to their own Sonos Boost… one of their recommended solutions… it doesn’t work. For the cost, I expect more. There are so many options available… I’m sure soon Sonos will be wondering why there are losing clients. I know I’m no longer suggesting them for any of my clients. ... show more

I have a pair of these as rear speakers on my media Soundsystem using the arc. I also have more of these speakers around my home. I’ve never seen such great bass come out of such a little speaker. They are made very well and are created with exceptional software.
