I received the Sonos Beam Shadow after winning a company raffle! What a great speaker! I already have my A\V set up for the TV so I am using this to stream music from my PC\Phone. The setup was very easy. I despise apple products so not sure if I can the the fancy tuning using Apple phone. But my Android connected and did it's thing with the Sonos app that was very easy to download, configure and use. The sounds quality is really awesome! I was using a small-ish BT speaker for playing music from my PC before while I WFH, but this soundbar took the music to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! I wonder if I am going to work too hard and not get paid enough! :-D Sounds is deep and clear. The App allows to adjust max volume, bass and treble. I am really impressed! ... show more

Disappointed in the quality of the sound with my Roku Panasonic flat screen. Like Sonos but this particular item not so good.

    • CAUTION
If you’re purchasing this item from RAYCO TRADING CO be careful. The item is an older generation model which isn’t effectively described. If you want to return they assess a 20% restocking fee which I couldn’t fine anywhere in their description.

    • Good quality speaker but no Bluetooth
Sound and quality is good overall, and supports LAN connectivity via an ethernet port (no direct wireless connection). It also has an HDMI port for direct connection to a sound source like your TV. But there are the following: 1. The sound bar does not support bluetooth. This is not mentioned in the Sonos user guide. 2. To stream music to the sound bar from an app on your cell phone via your LAN, the phone needs to be on your local Wi-Fi. Then you install the Sonos app, available for free from the App Store or Google Play. After installing the Sonos app, you have to create a Sonos account in the Sonos app with your email address and a password. Then, in the Sonos app, you have to register the app that will actually be the source of the streaming, for example Amazon Music. The limitation is that the sound bar only supports connectivity on your LAN with the one Sonos account you have created, which means that Sonos app account and password need to be shared among all members who will access and stream on your LAN. Also, it is not enough to give out the Sonos account username and password, but the app which is the source of the streaming can only be registered once in the Sonos app, so the streaming app's account (login and password) will belong to one person, but be used by everybody who accesses the sound bar on your LAN. Bottom Line: Great easy connection to the TV but if you want to use it with other apps such as Amazon music, Spotify etc. you will need to use an account login add that service and it’s only via an Internet account not a Bluetooth connection. ... show more
