Honestly I got it to replace the playbar thinking it was going to blow it out of the water. I think the playbar and the arc were also the same. I have the sub and sl ones as surrounds. The design is nice but not worth the upgrade to me.

    • Tech based speaker had bad update, used to be great, now below competition
Speaker worked great, but the company is very tech focused and their past update disregarded their customer base and many users had issues connecting and using the speaker at all. This shows it can happen and has happened with Sonos already in the past so due to the tech issues that keep popping up and difficulty of use I would say to go with a different option. If you look, all of the good reviews will be before update and all bad ones will be after ... show more
