The shoe rack arrived missing one piece of the pipe. I opened all the packages and laid everything out just to be sure and the small pipe was definitely short by one piece. I contacted to company, sent pictures and part numbers to request a replacement part. I was asked to send pictures and the replacement part even though I already did and after some more back and forth I was told they do not send parts. They did give me the option for a 35% refund or I could return the item. This definitely deserves a 1 star review because this rack is very cheap plastic and fabric AND this was a waste of my time and energy. Don't waste your time on this shoe rack - I recommend you find something else!! ... show more

For the price, this shoe rack is a reasonable buy — it looks clean and modern in my hallway, fits nicely in a tight space, and holds a good amount of shoes for its slim footprint. Assembly was pretty straightforward and didn't take too long. However I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and noticed that one of the non-woven fabric shelves had a thinned out spot that looked like it had been slightly damaged, not a huge deal but not great for a brand new product. On top of that, one of the metal pipes came in slightly bent which required a bit of adjusting to get everything to sit level and sturdy. It wasn't a dealbreaker and the rack is stable now, but you'd hope everything comes in perfect condition. Feels like a quality control issue more than a design flaw. If you get a good unit it's probably a solid 4-star product — just be prepared to do a little inspection when yours arrives. ... show more
