Honestly when I ordered these I was a little hesitant bc these things don't always work out but I am here to say this is probably my best purchase ever! They were super easy to apply and I've pulled them up a couple times to clean properly under the rugs I'm even using some of them on my toddlers little floor piano bc she has hard woods in her room. The only regret I have is buying a cheap rug bc as you can see in my picture the product is working as it should and is holding firm but the bottom of my cheap rug sadly peeled away.

I have tried all kinds of anti-slip mats and tape for carpets/rugs. These rug grips were so easy to attached to the rugs in front of my refrigerator and sink (which were slipping and sliding all over the place). I only attached the grips to the front two corners in the V shape shown on the product site. I tried to make the mats move but they are at last firmly in place. I now feel completely safe in my kitchen and would definitely recommend these grips to family and friends.

It keeps my rug flat on the floor so I am happy. I felt that the adhesive is very powerful but its not easily removable from the floor. I hope it doesn't leave a residue on my floor!

I've installed these on carpets in the garage, by the front door and by the back door. None of the carpets have moved at all! These do the job. I have not had to remove yet, so I will update if any issues with the removal process.

The adhesion betweet standard carpets and wooden floors is good, without damaging the floors. I was at first sceptical about ability to reuse this tape, after reading some of the reviews. It is true that a standard carpet leaves a thick hairy layer which seems imposible to take off. However, i realized that it forms a permanent plastic-y layer which can be separated slowly (will tear if you rush, as can be seen in pic) and under running water. The hardest part is to start the peeling at an edge and requires strong nails. After separation, the remaining silicone is slightly thinner, but quite adhesive when it dries.
