I have been looking for a dust port adapter that will allow my Dewalt table (7491RS) saw to connect to my VacMaster vacuum. I’ve tried various Dewalt adapters and adapters from other companies and none of them have worked. This one works perfectly. The large end fits snugly over my table saw dust port and the end of my vacuum hose fits snugly inside the adapter’s small port. I bought this adapter for my DWE7485 table saw to work with my 1-1/4" hose wet/dry shop vac. The shop vac side fits well. But there is no way to fit with the 2-1/2" table saw dust port. The adapter is made of rigid plastic without elasticity or flexibility. I put it into warm/hot water for a while, it became a little bit soft but did not expand at all, and still could not fit the table saw dust port. I used a heat gun to help the fitting, it deformed and shrunk instead of expanding, hence still did not fit. Very disappointed, a piece of junk and waste of money. ... show more

Great fit, product works as expected with my DeWalt. It's a bit hard to get onto the saw itself, I had to use a rubber mallet but besides that it's great.

Yes, this actually is an adapter to use a 1-1/4" vacuum hose on a 2-1/2" saw. It is 3D printed plastic and appears to have "moderate" durability, which is good enough for me. It does not fit onto the saw tightly. On the outside the adapter looks like it would have about 1" of engagement, but it doesn't. On the inside it's 2-1/2" for half-an-inch of depth and then it very sharply tapers. It is not possible to get more than 1/2" of engagement onto the saw. ... show more

Did not fit my 10 in. Miter Saw dust port. That is probably on my for not measuring though. The item looks good and was just as described, I just need a slightly bigger piece. I may try to sand away some of the inside to get it to fit.

Perfect fit between my DeWalt table saw and shop vac. Although it is hard plastic, it appears to be durable and went easily on my saw.

This is garbage 3d printed PLA. Not something that can be used to put on and take off multiple times. Just won't last. Some have said the joints aren't tight. Mine fit fine on both sides. But it's probably about 22¢ of cheap PLA. Cool home project if you are the one printing it. Not worth $10 to buy. ... show more
