  • Used it While Pregnant
Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
I was told I needed B6 while I was pregnant and these kept my numbers in check. I was grateful these didnt have gelatin, as many vitamins manufacturers now do, and they were easy to swallow.

  • Good B6- tiny tablets
Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
This is a basic B6 tablet. I did not have any issues with it. And I really like that you can always break the tablet in half if you only want half the dose.

  • B-6 25 mg can possibly help & Solgar is convenient
Hi Folks, Vitamins and minerals are essential in the world of Fast Food and genetic manipulation of our food chain. My Grandfather was a MD (GP) and was like a Doc Baker in the "Little House on the Prairie" TV series. He passed away in early 60's and was convinced from his life's medical research that quality balanced vitamins/minerals could help prevent certain types of cancer. As it turns out he was correct in his analysis. Today's Medical World, although somewhat reluctant in certain arenas to admit it, have documented his conclusions with Medical facts. With that said, I have a personal need for a little extra B-6 and Solgar are the only folks I know of who manufacture B-6 in the 25 mg strength and Amazon is convenient for me. Warning, please pay attention here: B-6 and B Vitamins are not water soluble so you can hurt your nervous system and possibly your liver by taking too many Vitamin B(s) on a daily basis. This means to be safe you have to collectively total your daily multiple vitamin and any other supplement(s) you take for a period of 24 hours and do the math. So how much is too much Vitamin B(s)? I am not going to play doctor here nor take any responsibility in this review here what so ever if anyone reading this takes too much Vitamin B(s)of any combination and quantity, whether Solgar or any brand or variety of B(s) Vitamins. If you want to know what the guidelines for safe quantities of B(s) Vitamins are, I suggest you Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. and do some reading before you purchase Vitamin B(s) regardless of manufacturer, type of B(s) Vitamin or quantities daily consumed. I take a Men's 50+ multivitamin and I can safely take an extra Solgar B-6 25 mg (1 tab) daily and stay well within the guidelines laid out by Doctors and Nutritionist on the search engines. I suggest that you start there and rely on that data as opposed to just random comments by users, including me in order to be safe. Everyone's individual Titration or balance for your body's needs are different. If you want to do the right thing by your own body you have to do the home work first and not go on the basis of feelings, comments or assumptions, but only clinical medical facts. Stay safe. I hope this helps. Blessings, Phil ... show more

  • Take these for a great night's sleep
Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
For awhile I had some trouble sleeping because of low hormones. I am in my 40s. I was told I had low progesterone but I didn't want to take hormones because of the cancer risks. I take half a pill each morning. Every since the first day, I am sleeping better and better. It took about a month for it to reach a full affect where I always sleep through the night now, even if I forget a pill. As for safety of Vitamin B6 I am cautious. I have never taken a whole pill. Also, I take a break here and there for a day or two. I did notice that the days I did not take half a pill, I didn't sleep as well. So, I went back to taking it every day until I slept like a rock. I suspect I was low in Vitamin B6 and after a month maybe it was in range. I am on a gluten free diet. I eat meat almost every day. I had my blood levels checked and everything was in normal range (except progesterone which was low, and estrogen low as well, but not menopausal). There are some people posting they take 3 or 4 pills a day. I don't think that is safe. I also don't feel like it would be necessary for me. Once I took these in the afternoon and I didn't sleep as well, maybe because Vitamin B6 is energizing to me. So, take cautious if you take it before bed. I don't feel like that would work for me so I continue to take it in the morning. Everyone is different. ... show more

  • It does it’s job
Size: 100 Count (Pack of 1)
Rating supplements is hard but here it goes. B6 was recommended to me for pregnancy because I have awful all day sickness. It’s hard to tell if it’s working/helping because it’s so bad and it’s hard to keep pills down. My nausea and vomitting has lessened now that I’m in the 2nd trimester but I continue to take this just in case. Hard to say if the nausea went away because of timing or because of the B6. If you’re in the same boat and looking for B6 I do recommend this brand. They’re also the only brand I could find that actually makes 25mg which is the recommended dosage for pregnancy nausea. ... show more
