This was surprisingly nice. I didn’t expect too much, so I was surprisingly happy. My faves, the base is heavy metal covered with the plastic shell, you’ll know when you pick it up. The handle will always lean back, which I thought was irritating at first, but it actually makes it easier to steer and turn the dolly. Things to know: When installing the wheel, push on the circular metal part in the middle (see picture) and it will snuggly pop right in. Once it’s in, it won’t come out. When you’re ready for the handle, pull the blue part out. Note: it doesn’t go back in, it’s a permanent fixture. When you pull the metal handle out, pull it at a bit of an angle while holding down the button. The metal handle does go back in, and the dolly can be stored easily. You will probably need to use the bungee cords that came with it because the plastic is a bit slippery. ... show more

I think this is a great flat cart. I bought this because I have a lot of boxes to haul going to UPS and helping my sister move. I love the fact that it’s sturdy and compact when folded. I do wish however that the handle locks in several positions. You have to use the bungee cords to really tie your items to the handle for stability. Oh and it’s extremely noisy on the pavement. ...I bought another two after the initial one and will most likely buy another. I bought the first one for my heavy portable camping refrigerator that I also use at home when the power goes out. I like to keep the heavier items on the wheels so I can move it if I have to without any trouble. I bought the second one for a heavy (for me -- petite woman) Bluetti power station and it fits on the dolly perfectly and I never have to try to lift it to move it. I bought the third one for my Fender Amp. The amp isn't all that heavy, but the older I get, the less I want to risk throwing my back or neck out lifting heavier things. :) It's easy to move it from room to room on the dolly, and again, I leave the amp on it all the time. I can think of many more uses for it and I will most likely buy another one to use for moving boxes or bins when I move or just to have handy for anything that needs transporting to/from. 500 pound max on this little workhorse! Note that it does come disassembled so you do have to put the 6 wheels on. It does take a lot of elbow grease, but this last one, I used my power drill and it was a bit easier and faster than doing it by hand with a screwdriver. I recommend this type of dolly over the regular type of two-wheel luggage dolly for the reasons listed above, flat surface works for many heavy items that the two wheel dollys can't handle. It is a bit tricky at first to open it up to disengage the pull-up handle, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too hard. Nice feature is the telescoping flat surface for different sized items. For my portable fridge, I have it open all the way and the length of the fridge fits perfectly. (I recommend measuring whatever you are going to use it for.) For my Power station, I have it in the closed position. It has a telescoping handle. Slight negative: if you want to leave something on the dolly, the telescoping handle has nothing to keep the handle from falling to the floor. Needs some kind of latch or lock or something, but I usually just lean it up against a wall or something to keep the handle from falling down. Pros: Good compact design and easy to assemble. Cons: The wheels are too small to clear the smallest obstacles. So far I've only used the dolly on weight under 100 lbs. The wheels are unable to clear the smallest door/floor sills without sending your boxes/items toppling over the top. I was looking for something small (but strong) that I would be able to keep in the house, but would fit in the closet, to move storage bins from the house to storage without having to carry them.
