I’m very happy with the Soleil HDMI 2.0 Sync Box with TV Lights. The setup was extremely easy and straightforward, and everything worked right out of the box. The lights sync well with what’s on the screen and really enhance movies, shows, and gaming, creating a great immersive experience. The only minor downsides are that there is a very slight millisecond delay when the lights change colors, which can be a bit distracting if you’re actively paying close attention to it. Also, while the light strip is advertised for up to a 65-inch TV, on a full 65-inch screen the lights don’t quite reach all the way around, so some corners aren’t lit as strongly. Aside from those small issues, the performance is solid, the colors look great, and installation was quick and easy. Overall, it’s a great value and I’d definitely recommend it if you want ambient TV lighting without a complicated setup.

Wrapped the strip around the back of my TV and it instantly made my shows pop out. The light spreads evenly with no hot spots or harsh dots so you get a clean halo that matches whatever’s on screen. Hookup was simple: HDMI in/out, power, done. It handled 4K just fine with my console and streaming box, and the colors kept up without lag. The app is great for quick tweaks (brightness, scenes), but most of the time I just leave it on video sync and forget it. Music mode is a fun extra for parties. If you want that bias-lighting look with real color matching-not a camera guessing at your screen-this kit nails it.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome if you want your room lighting to actually follow what’s happening on your TV screen. Instead of sticking a camera on top or having a complicated setup, you just plug the light strip into the box, connect it to your TV’s HDMI source (like your streaming device or game console), and the lights will match the colors on your screen in real time. It works with 4K at 60Hz, so no worries about lag or fuzzy colors. It’s super chill to install no wires to run around or tricky calibrations. Plus, it works with your PS5, Xbox, and PCs, syncing perfectly with games and shows (but FYI, some streaming services might block the sync because of copyright). The app, called “Tuya Smart,” lets you tweak everything — colors, modes, brightness, speed — and you can even control it with Alexa or Google Assistant if you want hands-free control. Setting up the sync box was easy since all the cables felt well made and the central unit is a small, unobtrusive device that tucks neatly behind my 70 inch screen. The support for 4K at 60Hz means there's absolutely zero noticeable lag or delay between the visuals and the backlight, which is especially important when playing high speed games on my PS5. I love that it can be easily switched to mirror the colors from my secondary PC monitor, effectively doubling its practical use from entertainment to intense workstation lighting.
